Thank you for the sake you gave us. And I offered a toast to former Prime Minister Abe. The aroma was amazingly nice 🤩 White peach type? It has a sweet and bitter taste with a sharp spiciness in the mouth. It tastes good too 😋Wow, it's a good sake 😆I'm so happy... 🥹It's really good! It's good for any situation, any occasion! I could drink it endlessly😅that would be bad though💦. I actually like skunk cabbage. I personally like the naming too.

The alcohol you gave me! Thanks. 🙇 Hiyoroshi Junmai Harazake from Kotobuki Mangame, limited edition. Clear in color, brown sugar-like sweetness and bitterness with a strong spiciness. It is quite a delicious umakuchi mellow sake 😋. I would like to have it with autumn swordfish in this season of delicious food 🤔There is no good autumn swordfish this year 😮💨.

The sake rice used is "Aki Yatan 35" produced in Miyoshi-machi, Hiroshima Prefecture. This is a sympathetic collaboration between a brewery in Mizunami City and sake rice from Miyoshi Town, which are located near each other in latitude and longitude and have similar soil. The brewery has been working to pursue the compatibility of sake rice and brewing water. The color is transparent and the aroma is that of a fruit lactic acid drink. Great aroma! In the mouth, there is a refreshing bitterness and sweetness, followed by a sharp pungency. I felt "Oh, I like this" faster than I felt "It tastes good" (laugh).

Made with 100% Hyogo Yume Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. The color is clear and the ginjo aroma is like sweet fruit. When you put it in your mouth, sweetness, bitterness, and sourness are all in one. It is elegant and very good ❗It seems to go well with various dishes. I paired it with sashimi today, but the box says to pair it with mozzarella cheese, dried figs, and lobster soufflé. It sure looks like it would go well together🤗.

Limited edition made from 100% Kame-no-o produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture. The color is clear and the aroma is citrusy? In the mouth, it has a grapefruit-like bitterness, acidity, and spiciness. I thought it might be a food sake because of its bitterness, but it made me think that it would be nice to drink it in a wine glass at a sake bar. It's the first time I've had a sake with such a bitter taste that made me feel like this 😆 It's a very tasty and addictive sake 🤔️I guess it's Kyoto 🤔. It tastes great with food. I️watched it with boiled Koya-tofu (dried bean curd) and it was very good with sweetness 😋I️think it would be great with Kyoto Kaiseki course 😋I️am sure Kyoto is a great city ‼️.

Yeah, it's delicious‼️. I bought this because my alma mater played in the Koshien (baseball) tournament and we already lost 😢. Oyama city is a town next to where I lived until high school 🎵It is famous for the Oyama verdict of Masayuki Sanada, Nobuyuki (Nobuyuki) and Nobushige (Yukimura) 😃. I lived nearby so I didn't dare to drink it, but it's delicious 🎵. The color is clear and the aroma is peach 😃In the mouth it has sweetness, bitterness, spiciness and a slight sourness. It's refreshing and has a good sharpness. It's really good ‼️It's a good sake 😆. Sake rice is 100% Yumesasara from Tochigi prefecture, I would like to try other sake from Yumesasara 🤔.

It is said to use "SUAS," a koji made in a hellish environment of 98% humidity, where koji fungi can easily multiply. The color is clear, and the aroma is...well, what is it? In the mouth, it tastes complex, packed with sweetness, bitterness, spiciness, and sourness. This is something I have never experienced before 🤔. For some reason, it has a graceful and dignified taste that makes me think that the sake used in Shinto rituals in the past must have been something like this.... I don't recommend it for sake beginners, but I'd like to hear what sake lovers think about it. I think it's an ant for me 🤔.

26% Yamadanishiki from Aizu + 73% Kame-no-o from Aizu Sakashita. The color is clear and the aroma...hmmm...what is it...⁉️It is my imagination that I feel something like cider or ramune. When you put it in your mouth, you will find sweetness, light bitterness, and clean spiciness. It's delicious 🎵 It's good as an aperitif because the sweetness comes first, but it can also be used as an in-between-dinner drink because of the bitterness.

Kudokyuu Kuzushi" is a great name. lol If you don't know anything about it, you would think "you're finished as a person 🤣". lol But it's delicious ‼️. The color is clear and the aroma is flowery. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness, a sharp spiciness, and a slight sourness. It's delicious ❗As expected from Kamenoi Sake Brewery. This is why I like Kudokibe so much. It is made from 22% Dewa Sanzu. It's a good sake 😆 I want to keep drinking it 😋.

The term "kokusubushi" is said to have originated when the brewery innovated from triple-brewed sake to ginjo-shu and was told by the previous generation, "It's outrageous to waste rice, you are a kokusubushi". As a lover of junmai ginjo-shu, I think it was a good thing 🤔.

IMADEYA's limited label👍 The color is clear, the aroma is like "plum" 🤔, in the mouth it has a fresh sourness and sweetness like "cherry", then a slight bitterness and spiciness. Very tasty 😋. Woah 😓What the hell is this⁉️great fizzing💦I opened the bottle and spewed it out 😨. The color is a bit of nigori sake, about the same size as the sports drink AAAIRIUS. The aroma is fresh with a hint of koji mold 🤔. The taste is refreshingly pungent with a hint of bitterness and sourness. It is quite tasty 😋It was chilled in the fridge, but it said "preferably until just before freezing", so tomorrow I will put it in the freezer and drink it lol.

I️ love this drink, it's so summery and awesome! The color is clear and the aroma is melon-like and rummy.... When you put it in your mouth, it has sweetness and bitterness, followed by refreshing sourness and spiciness. It is very refreshing and has a nice aroma and flavor ❗Maybe my favorite summer sake (lol). When I looked closely at the label, I found that the picture was of a yokai 😀 "Henpaijijiji" means "old man who returns sake", "Igowarashi" means "child who has grown old", and "Naminami" is just like that. Naminami" means "the cup is full of water", "Kuratsukikoubo" means "yeast in the cellar", and "Michine" means "sleeping on the road" 🎵Is this the night parade of one hundred demons of sake⁉️? I can't do it myself, but I'd love to drink this sake on a summer night on the porch with mosquito coils burning and listening to the sound of insects while having pickled vegetables as a side dish lol. I love Japanese summer 😆.

A unique combination of rice from Shizuoka and white wine yeast from Burgundy 😲. The color is clear and the aroma is lactic acidic. In the mouth, the main taste is a refreshing citrusy acidity, followed by a slight sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness. It is very easy to drink and tastes great, but it may be more like a white wine. It is good to drink it stylishly at a sake bar ❗. Better with carpaccio than sashimi. If you want to match it with stylish Italian food 😋It would be good with Japanese food like sukiyaki 🎵It would go surprisingly well with yakitori or tsukune with "tare" sauce 🤗.

Iwano-i Marines Bottle of Sake‼️Is it sponsored by Iwano-i Marines? This is the sake I received. Thanks‼️. The color is clear and the aroma is close to plum.... Good aroma. It has a rather strong bitterness and spiciness in the mouth. I had it with fried horse mackerel. Because of the strong bitterness, it washes away the oiliness of the dish. Good for fried food 🎵.
