The color is clear and lees. Aroma is muskmelon 😊In the mouth it has sweetness and slight bitterness with a refreshing sharp pungency. Yeah, it tastes awesome 😋It's a little fizzy, but if it were more fizzy, it could be drunk like cider or ramune 😋The expiration date is at the end of May, so no, but in terms of atmosphere, it's a drink you want to drink at a summer festival or something (lol) Rizool means a reader who deeply appreciates literature, and this sake is said to be a drink for those who know the pleasure of deep appreciation, not just getting pleasantly drunk 🤔. But personally, I'd rather have someone like a sake beginner drink this sake and feel that sake is good 😊.

Unmovable directly pumped new sake Shiboritate Junmai Daiginjo-Harajinshu. It is a seasonal limited-quantity product made from 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Akita. The color is clear and the aroma is fresh, apple-like. In the mouth it has a sweet, slightly bitter to refreshingly dry taste. Very tasty👍. I paired it with sushi, and naturally it went well with it 😆 The sweetness comes first, so it's not only good as an aperitif, but also as an aperitif or on its own 🤔It's a very tasty sake 😃.

The first sake of 2023 is from Takashimizu😋. Zuicho Daiginjo-Shizukuri, a limited edition made with the finest Yamadanishiki. The color is clear and the aroma is peachy. Bitter, pungent, and gently sweet on the palate. Very good 👍Paulownia wood box for a more luxurious feel.

Aged old wine packed in December 2000. Given to me by a staff member! Thanks🙇. The color is clear with a strong yellowish hue, and the aroma is like black vinegar. The aroma is like black vinegar. When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and bitterness become one and disappear with a sharp and refreshing spiciness. Good for an aperitif 😊. I think old sake has a habit and some people don't like it, but this one is easy to drink! This is probably the best old sake I've ever had 🤔Now that's Yoshinogawa. I think it would be great with iburigakko cheese on the rocks, but since it's so light for an old sake, it's also ok with sashimi...I think it would go well with Chinese food too 😋.

Seasonal new sake made from 100% Yamagata rice, established in the Azuchi-Momoyama period. The color is clear and the aroma is melon. The color is clear, the aroma is melon, and the taste is pungent from bitterness. We had it with fried chicken as it is Christmas today 😆 It is a food sake that washes off the oil from the fried chicken 😋.

100% Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture (special A district) is used. The color is a clear, rich, umami-kuchi sake with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is similar to maple syrup. In the mouth, it has a sweet-bitter taste like roasted chestnuts, followed by a sharp dry taste. It is delicious. Good as a food sake 😋.

At the Japanese restaurant Suisen. Even in a good internet environment, it freezes and doesn't respond at all from "choose a location" ⤵️Fortunate. I wonder if the management doesn't intend to improve it...really disappointing. The color is clear, dry sake with a lactic acid drink type flavor. Today I paired it with "fugu sukiyaki (blowfish sukiyaki)". Delicious!

There was a new sake from the warehouse of Kotobuki Mangame, so I bought it 😋. The color is clear and the aroma is like soy sauce with a hint of malted rice. After drinking, it smells like brown sugar. In the mouth, it has a strong spiciness and a slight sourness and bitterness. If you drink it with salty food, you can feel the sweetness like brown sugar, but if you drink it with sweet food, it becomes spicy 🤔I guess this kind of sake is good as a food wine👍.

It's been a long time since I've had a Yoshinogawa 🤔 I wonder how long it's been since I've had one? The color is clear and the aroma is...refreshing...what is it😅maybe lime or something like that? Or maybe not.... It has a slight bitterness on the palate, followed by a refreshing spiciness. It goes like water (lol).

Yes, it is delicious! The color is clear and the aroma is sour and citrusy. When you put it in your mouth, you will taste bitterness, sweetness, and a strong spiciness. It's a quintessential Hakkaisan, so delicious! I realized while drinking it that it is not junmai 😅I thought it was junmai 😅I like junmai, but this is great 👍Maybe it is best as a food sake....

Sake recommended by the chef 😊. Color is clear, aroma...not so much 😅Image like Kubota. In the mouth it has a refreshing bitterness and spiciness. Slight sourness? It seems to be good as a food sake 😀 According to the chef, it goes well with broiled eel 😋.

Made from 100% Shiga Prefecture tamaei. The color is transparent with yellowish tints, and the aroma has a slight wooden vat aroma. The aroma is slightly like the aroma of a wooden vat. The taste is fruity, with a round sweetness and bitterness, followed by a refreshingly dry aroma. I thought the same thing about Shichibonspear, but sake from Shiga Prefecture is delicious 😀. I think I like sake from Shiga prefecture 🤔.

100% Miyamanishiki from Ibaraki Prefecture is used. This is a Junmai Ginjo-shu with no added yeast and a pure sake yeast base. I wonder what "no added yeast" means 🤔I guess it means no sake yeast is added.... I don't really understand the technical details 😓 though I understand that it seems rare. The color is clear with yellowish tint, and the aroma is...maple syrup-like...maybe? I wonder if it becomes a mellow sake with bitterness and spiciness to slight sourness and sweetness in the mouth.... It's hard to tell😅. I heard it's also good with water or soda. I'll try it with water and soda tomorrow 😋.

Today I tried it with water and with soda (lol), and the acidity seems to come forward a little. I tried it with Wilkinson Tansan, but it's really good as a highball 😀 Maybe it goes well with sake-based cocktails.

The color is clear....but there was lees at the bottom 😅 and it looks clear in the picture. ...I made a mistake ⤵️. The aroma is peachy with a bit of sourness 🤔The palate has a weak bitterness, sweetness and slight sourness. It has a nice sharpness and the feeling of drinking it is very good 😋It's just what they are aiming for 😀 They are aiming for the ultimate food sake 😀. I'd like to try it with kyo kaiseki or "fuku" in the coming season 😋.

Elegant and sweet floral aroma😄Clear color, slight sweetness in the mouth, crisp and pungent from the bitter taste. Delicious 🙇 Love it! Sashimi was good too, but today I had it with fried swordfish with tatsuta. It was so delicious 🙇 I love Akita sake after all 😋.

Today was a beautiful akane-iro sunset in a beautiful day 😊. This sake is a collaboration between SENKYO and UNITED ARROWS. The label is autumnal and autumn leaves are on the label, just like it says "to accompany autumn leaf viewing" 😊. It is made from 75% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki and 25% Domaine Sakura Kamenoo. The aroma is peachy? The taste is mildly sweet with a hint of bitterness. It is a quiet sake, so I would recommend drinking it as an aperitif or at a sake bar with a glass of wine 🤔It is very quiet, so if you drink it with strong flavored food, it may be overpowered by the food.

The trip ended in the "Azusa" limited express train car. Along with the famous and popular ekiben "Sanzokuyaki" invented by the station employees (smile). The color is transparent, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly slippery texture and a pungent taste from sweet and bitter. I thought it went well with the "Sanzokuyaki", but I was surprised that it went better with the "Wasabi-zuke" that came with it 😃I wonder if it goes well with Azumino sake.

Hmmm, this app's location search is no good 💦 can't you type directly 😮💨 At Okuhida Onsenkyo "Tsudoi Yu and Soba Restaurant Shizugakukan". Kamisumi Kamishiro Masamune limited edition. The food is delicious and the place is really nice. It is a limited edition sake made from Hida rice and Okuhida subsoil water and only available locally. It is said to be a fantastic sake 🤔. The color is clear and the aroma is not too assertive. When you put it in your mouth, there is a slight bitterness and a refreshing spiciness. Very tasty. It is a modest and elegant sake that enhances the food more than the sake itself. I had it this time with a course of soba noodles and Hida beef, and it was very good! This onsen ryokan has shared toilets, but the cost is great. It was so relaxing! This kind of place is very rare. Let's come again 😆.

Well, it's delicious 😋I personally love Kame no Kai (lol). Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki. The color is clear and the aroma is sweet and refreshing with a hint of peach 😃The taste on the palate is first sweet, then slightly bitter, then refreshingly spicy. I know I'm repeating myself, but it's delicious 😆. It's cold today and I feel like it's suddenly turned from summer to winter 😒 so I had it with "oden" and it wasn't bad 😀 I think it would go well with miso too 🤔 "Yose-nabe" would be good with it 😆 Nabe and sake are great 😆.
