Kudokyuu Kuzushi" is a great name. lol If you don't know anything about it, you would think "you're finished as a person 🤣". lol But it's delicious ‼️. The color is clear and the aroma is flowery. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness, a sharp spiciness, and a slight sourness. It's delicious ❗As expected from Kamenoi Sake Brewery. This is why I like Kudokibe so much. It is made from 22% Dewa Sanzu. It's a good sake 😆 I want to keep drinking it 😋.

The term "kokusubushi" is said to have originated when the brewery innovated from triple-brewed sake to ginjo-shu and was told by the previous generation, "It's outrageous to waste rice, you are a kokusubushi". As a lover of junmai ginjo-shu, I think it was a good thing 🤔.
