Clear color, refreshing fruity aroma 😊I like this aroma 🎵In the mouth, bitterness -> refreshing pungency, but sweetness became predominant as I continued drinking.... Delicious and interesting❗
Thanks again for the sake I received🙏.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki and others, what others? Sake degree: +4, acidity: 1.2.
The color is clear, and the aroma is almost like a sweet peach. In the mouth it is like weak bitterness -> sweetness -> spiciness. Very tasty 😋It is an all-around sake that goes well with any occasion.
I️am very happy because I️have always liked Takashimizu and this is the first time I️have had "Wacho" and I️want to drink it again.
Polishing ratio 55%, special junmai nama sake nama-zume Hakkaiyama. Thanks for the gift 🙏.
The color is clear and the aroma is grapefruit. In the mouth, it tastes like sourness, bitterness, sweetness, and spiciness 🎵Hachikaiyama is consistently delicious 😋.
Project Foothills 27 Presents. Small 500ml bottle with a stylish label👍.
The color is clear and the aroma is plummy 🤔The palate has a refreshing acidity with a clean spiciness. Slight sweetness. It's like a fruit wine. I would like to have it with a glass of wine at a stylish sake bar ❗If you want to match it with a meal, I think it would go well with Italian or French cuisine.
I'm eating yakitori and drinking this by myself... 😓I totally made the wrong choice💦Not that there's anything wrong with yakitori... 😅
Banshu Tokushu Tokushu A Yamadanishiki 50% polished. A local sake from Chiba Prefecture😃.
The color is clear and the aroma is peachy sweet and refreshing. Very nice aroma 😊.
In the mouth, harmony of sweetness, bitterness and refreshing spiciness. It's delicious. Very good sake 😋It is a very good sake that can be enjoyed by itself or with a meal.
Souvenir #2, thanks 🙏.
This sake is named after a brave warlord who was played by Ieyasu Tokugawa and forced to commit seppuku by Hideyoshi Toyotomi.
The color is transparent with yellowish tint. Anyway, it is very hot! I thought I would drink it in two days, but I drank all of it because I had fried chicken with it 😅It seems to go very well with fried food lol.
It's the kind of sake that Sasa Narimasa, a brave man who was just straight forward in his beliefs, would have liked. I'll be thinking about the history tonight....
The rice used for the sake is Toyama rice, and the water used for brewing is said to be "Yari no Teki no Spring Water," the famous water from which Sasa Narimasa is said to have gushed out when he speared the ground with his spear.
100% Kame-no-o produced in Yamagata Prefecture. Sake degree: +1
The color is clear, and the aroma is similar to that of plums...I don't know, but it smells great (lol).
The taste is sweet and bitter, then bitter, then spicy. I have a strong impression of bitterness, so I guess it's good as a food sake 🎵Maybe it's for connoisseurs lol.
Made with 89% Akita Sake Komachi and 11% Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, and Kikkyo Yeast No. 77.
Sparkling with a light cloudy color. Sweet and refreshing sparkling sake 😋Sweet, refreshing, easy to drink, delicious sake, but personally I would have liked a little less sweetness 🤔.
Sake given to me as a gift. Thanks 🙏.
The color is clear and the aroma is lactic acid beverage type. It has a refreshing spiciness and bitterness in the mouth. It is light and dry and seems to go well with various dishes. Hotel Tateyama is the distributor. I am sure it is made to match the hotel's cuisine 🎵.
EMISHIKI C series. 2021-2022 Nama-Shu
Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture and K1401 yeast.
The color is clear, and the aroma is peachy, just like the color of the bottle. It is a refreshing harmony of slight sweetness, bitterness, and sourness 😋. It would also be good with chilled tofu 😋.
Made from 100% Hida Minori produced in Hida, limited quantity production of wooden bucket brewing and cotton pressing.
The color is clear and the aroma is of ripe pineapple. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness, a strong pungency, and a slight bitterness. It is very tasty. The sweetness comes first, so it is good as an aperitif, but after that comes a strong spiciness and finally a slight bitterness, so it can also be drunk as an in-between-dinner drink. Very good 😋.
This time, the liquor store had both the "Hidaminori" ver. and the "Yamadanishiki" ver. and I was confused and went for the "Hidaminori" ver. but I should have bought both and compared them.... I should have bought both and compared them... I made a mistake💦I wonder if there will be any left until next time.... Well, I guess it's already sold out...
100% Sakahomare produced in Fukui Prefecture.
The color is clear and the aroma is grape-like. When you put it in your mouth, you first taste sweetness, then weak bitterness, and a refreshing spiciness. It is very tasty 😋It is very good as an aperitif as you can feel the sweetness at first 👍It is also good as a mid-meal drink as it has a weak bitterness, but my first impression was that the sweetness was too strong, so I was surprised 😊If you pair it with sweet dishes, you can feel the spiciness strongly, and the first image will be changed. It can be used both before and during a meal ❗It is very delicious ❗It is a very good sake 😄
No...the label says "Please consume as soon as possible," but it's so delicious that you would probably finish a 4-goupe bottle if you drank it normally...(lol)
Yes, the aroma is muscat-like. The rice used is 100% shinko rice, and Ogawa yeast is used.
The color is clear. The aroma is gorgeous and nice 👍The taste is sweet, bitter, and refreshingly spicy in the mouth. Personally, I like the taste, but I think it depends on the subject and occasion.... I think it is for women because of its gorgeous aroma and sweetness, but the bitterness is rather strong.... I think it is too sweet for men who like sake.... Maybe it would be best if women drink a less bitter sake as an aperitif and drink this as a mid-meal drink.... But maybe there were not many sake with this kind of character? I think it is good❗.
Hometown tax returns 😊Clear color, Mitarashi type? The color is clear and the aroma is sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a weak bitterness, sourness, sweetness, then a strong spiciness. It is easy to drink 😃It is very good as a food sake 🎵It is the kind of sake that changes its expression depending on the food, and complements both the food and the sake. Originally, they used "Hanakagura" sake rice from Takahara town, but this time they used "Yamada Nishiki" from Takahara town. I wonder if they couldn't get better sake rice 🤔I would like to try "Hanakagura" one someday...
The color is clear and the aroma is strawberry-like. In the mouth, there is a mild sweetness and a spiciness from bitterness. It is easy to drink and recommended for women and sake beginners. I think it is great as an aperitif or dessert sake 😋 I think I could easily finish 4 gou of it.
I think it's too sweet for serious drinkers😅.
Another version (Orange) of Okuhida, which I drank before. Delicious 😋I personally prefer this one 🎵.
The color is clear and the aroma is gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar, bitterness, and a strong spiciness. The label says it is also good heated 😋I will definitely try this one 😃.
I drank it hot today 🎵It has a stronger sake-like aroma and more pungent taste than cold sake. It is very refreshing and tasty as a hot sake 😋 wish I could have had it with hot pot 😃.
Yes, it is refreshing.
The color is clear, and the aroma is gourd-like. In the mouth, bitterness, some sweetness and sourness. And a strong pungency. It's quite tasty 😋I recommend it as a food sake to refresh the palate 🎵.
The color is clear and the aroma is a little subdued ginjo aroma...almost like a yogurt type aroma? In the mouth, it has a muscat-like sweetness, round bitterness, and refreshing spiciness.
I love junmai ginjos and drink them mostly, but I love this kind of light daiginjo 😆 It's really a good sake ‼️.
First Rakuiki Masamune. I've always wanted to try it 🎵.
The color is clear and the aroma is plum-like 😃The taste is peachy sweet and bitter on the palate, followed by a refreshing spiciness. Very refreshing ❗This is delicious 😋Let's try some of the other Masamune instruments 😃.
100% sake rice "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" is used. Polishing ratio 46%, limited quantity sake using Kanazawa yeast.
The color is clear and the aroma has a fresh ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is bitterness, sweetness, and a sharp dryness. Refreshing and extremely delicious. It is quiet but very elegant. As expected from the little Kyoto in Hokuriku. I wish I could have enjoyed it with Kanazawa's local cuisine 😃I paired it with grilled chicken thighs today, but it would probably go great with white meat fish 😋.
