I️ love this drink, it's so summery and awesome!
The color is clear and the aroma is melon-like and rummy.... When you put it in your mouth, it has sweetness and bitterness, followed by refreshing sourness and spiciness. It is very refreshing and has a nice aroma and flavor ❗Maybe my favorite summer sake (lol).
When I looked closely at the label, I found that the picture was of a yokai 😀 "Henpaijijiji" means "old man who returns sake", "Igowarashi" means "child who has grown old", and "Naminami" is just like that. Naminami" means "the cup is full of water", "Kuratsukikoubo" means "yeast in the cellar", and "Michine" means "sleeping on the road" 🎵Is this the night parade of one hundred demons of sake⁉️?
I can't do it myself, but I'd love to drink this sake on a summer night on the porch with mosquito coils burning and listening to the sound of insects while having pickled vegetables as a side dish lol.
I love Japanese summer 😆.
