The color is clear and the aroma is lactic acidic. In the mouth, the main taste is a refreshing citrusy acidity, followed by a slight sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness. It is very easy to drink and tastes great, but it may be more like a white wine.
It is good to drink it stylishly at a sake bar ❗.
Better with carpaccio than sashimi. If you want to match it with stylish Italian food 😋It would be good with Japanese food like sukiyaki 🎵It would go surprisingly well with yakitori or tsukune with "tare" sauce 🤗.
