I couldn't write yesterday. 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture. Low alcohol model with an alcohol content of 13 degrees. The color is clear and the aroma is like white wine. When you put it in your mouth, it has sweetness and acidity like white wine. It is very easy to drink 😲 and is likely to be well-liked by women and those who are sensitive to alcohol. Today, we paired it with a dish of inada fish. It is like a white wine, so it would be good to pour it into a wine glass and serve with carpaccio 🤔.

At "Gekkashibijin" in Tenryu-kyo. Today we visited Gekkashibijin in Tenryu Gorge on our Iida Line trip👍. The weather was nice 😀. Today's sake is Sarukura no Izumi😋 made with Miyamanishiki from Shinshu and Sarukura no Izumi, which was selected as one of the best 100 waters for brewing. The color is clear and the aroma is like mountain peaches 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, it has bitterness, a hint of sweetness, and a spicy taste that goes down your throat. It is an elegant food sake. Very tasty. Today, I served it with grilled duck with miso, grilled Shinshu beef with toban, grilled tenko with salt, etc., but the one I liked the most and matched it well was boiled trout with yuzu. The one I liked the best was the trout simmered in yuzu (soybean paste). I think it goes well with the tsukudani type of food because it is their specialty 😆 It was very tasty! I was very satisfied.

I bought this sake 🍶 at a nearby Wellesia. I was surprised to see how many different kinds of local sake are sold at drugstores these days 🤔Surprise😲. The color is clear to slightly yellowish clear. The aroma is a berry type of ginjo aroma? Very nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice spiciness from the bitterness. Today, I had it with bonito tataki. Naturally, they go well together. It's hot in the afternoon, but it's nice in the summer in Japan.

Today's sake is "Kozaemon Aoi to Akane" 😊. The color is clear and the aroma is sweet and refreshing like pineapple 😆 The taste is sweet and a little bitter with a clean aftertaste 👍Very good 🤩. I paired it with chicken cutlet, hamburger steak and western food today and it is very tasty and not too sweet! It is a good sake! As the name "Aoi to Akane" suggests, it's the kind of sake I like to drink at sunset on a clear summer's day (lol). Come to think of it, I used to live in Gifu, and the blue sky in Gifu is a deep blue like the label.... I always feel that the blue sky in the Tokyo metropolitan area is a pale blue, but I wonder if it's because of all the dancing 🤧.

Today we had our first party in a while 👏 and today's sake was "Haginotsuru Special Junmai" 😊 with sukiyaki at Imahan Annex 🤩. The color is clear and the aroma is fresh, like a Ramune, maybe? Very nice aroma. It goes well with sukiyaki 👍It has sweetness and a bit of bitterness in the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing. It is delicious.

100% Akita Sake Komachi produced in Akita Prefecture is used. Since 2022, Maruhi has been using multi-acidic yeast No.77, which is characterized by sweetness and acidity. The color is clear and the aroma is sweet like apricot 🤔In the mouth, it has soft and strong sweetness, a little sourness and bitterness. The aftertaste is clean. As expected of Marufei, it is delicious 😆. Today I had it with fried eggplant with meat miso. I wondered if it would go well with the sweetness, but there was no problem. The slightly smaller 500ml bottle may be due to the fact that it was entered in the National New Sake Competition. The color is clear and the aroma is like a fresh sweet peach 😋. I had it with fried chicken today and it is very good because it has strength not to be defeated even if the oil is strong 😁It is a good sake 😀.

Today's sake is "Kuromatsusenjo Junmai Ginjo Usunigori Nama Nama-shu" 😆 I bought this sake as a souvenir from a trip to Takato. I bought it as a souvenir from a trip to Takato 😋 It is a seasonal sake, so I bought it immediately (lol). The aroma is described as "apple-like," but I personally find it to be sweet, like grapes with a hint of rum. In the mouth it has a slightly carbonated sweetness and sourness like carbonated grape juice. This is delicious 😋4 glasses of this sake will be gone in no time 😁. I would rather drink this sake as an aperitif or at a sake bar than with a meal 🤩.
