The sake rice used is "Aki Yatan 35" produced in Miyoshi-machi, Hiroshima Prefecture. This is a sympathetic collaboration between a brewery in Mizunami City and sake rice from Miyoshi Town, which are located near each other in latitude and longitude and have similar soil. The brewery has been working to pursue the compatibility of sake rice and brewing water.
The color is transparent and the aroma is that of a fruit lactic acid drink. Great aroma! In the mouth, there is a refreshing bitterness and sweetness, followed by a sharp pungency.
I felt "Oh, I like this" faster than I felt "It tastes good" (laugh).
