The color is clear, the aroma is like "plum" 🤔, in the mouth it has a fresh sourness and sweetness like "cherry", then a slight bitterness and spiciness. Very tasty 😋.
It is made from 100% Hachitanso, the oldest sake rice in Hiroshima, which was revived by the brewery.
I found a good sake 🎵.
