I wasn't going to drink today, but the wife came home from a gig with some snacks to drink, so I opened a bottle of Sanzo. Yup! The taste of the sake expands from the weak bubbles, and it's a stable San-do 🍶. It always seems to be so gorgeously good that once I start drinking it, it's gone so quickly and I'm so satisfied that I finished it all.

The other day I received a bottle of Chiba Kujukuri local sake🍶. The fresh and fluffy aroma heightens my expectations! The recommendation is to drink it hot or lukewarm, but since it was hot, I opted for cold sake (lol). The taste is refreshing, just like the aroma, and the slightly dry taste of the middle part of the sake spreads all the way through without losing its sharpness. We enjoyed it with snacks as a mealtime sake. Since it was only served on a weekday, I was planning to keep it for the next day, but it went down so smoothly that I ended up drinking it all up.

I was licking my lips 💦 when I opened the bottle. Be careful when opening this sake! And... On the palate... The most carbonated sake I've ever had! It tastes like cider and is very easy to drink and goes down very quickly. It has a strong juice taste, not so much sake, but a fruity taste that I liked! And if you look carefully, it has 5% alcohol by volume. That's right, it has a strong juice taste, doesn't it? I wish they sell it in Fukuoka... I wish they sell it in Fukuoka...

My first Musical Instrument Masamune I wondered if I should buy the one with the label I often see, but it's hard to find, so I bought the Junmai Daiginjo one. The rice is very well polished and the smooth mouthfeel is very fruity and the taste is very assertive! It was a delicious sake with a tropical flavor. Next time, I would like to try the more Japanese labeled sakes that I often see!

Sakasui is written and read as "Shisui". A difficult name to read for people from faraway places💦. I was further told that the name of this place came from the sake that gushed out of the well... After listening to the stories of my relatives in Chiba, they brought me to Iinuma Honke here in Shisui. Let's see... Why is there a campground attached to a sake brewery? The grounds are huge, and it's hard to believe it's owned by a sake brewery. I marveled at the fact that it must be a sake brewery that has been loved that much. And I'll have some Koshi Apple, which I was most interested in at the direct sales place. Is it a simple proof that sake tastes better when you hear about the land and its breweries? (Laughs) When I heard the cork, I was first surprised by the aroma 🍎. When I put it in my mouth "Hmm? Is it a normal sake?" Then, after a short delay, the taste of apples swelled up in my mouth. It was a sake that I wanted to drink again next spring.

I was looking forward to Tasake's special junmai. There's a place in Fukuoka that sells it, but we haven't had a chance to meet 💦. So while I was in Tokyo, I bought some at a local liquor store and sent it home 🏠. This was my first time sending sake to someone's house ✨. The aroma is fruity! It has a nice sweetness on the palate with a light sharpness that makes it easy to drink! I was surprised at how mellow the special junmai can be. I was impressed. Even my child, who is not good at sake and drinks wine next to me, said she could drink this sake.

Before opening the bottle, I noticed the cherry blossom pattern on the stopper, a sake I had been curious about for some time. It has a creamy taste with a mild and mild flavor on the palate. It was a pleasant saké with a sweet aftertaste that quickly faded away. I thought about this when I drank Tokachi and Shirakawa Taisetsu before, but Hokkaido's sake has a unique sweetness to it. I personally love that sweetness, and the colder it gets, the sweeter it gets and the more I want to drink it again.

I found a standard Nabeshima nama sake that is often served at izakaya when they have Nabeshima, so I bought it to drink at home once in a while. I bought it because I wanted to drink it at home once in a while. The freshness of the sake added to Nabeshima's drinkability made it even more delicious. And then I realized something. I realized that I had opened three bottles of Nabeshima in the last half month. I drank the green label Nabeshima this time. Compared to Aizan Junmai Daiginjo, the sweetness and aroma are weaker, but it's still delicious enough to go down easy. I realized again that although the sweetness and aroma are weaker than Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, it is still a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🍶.

The last bottle I got from the Sangdo Shrine party. It is a collaboration with Fukuoka sake brewery Shiraito Shuzo. Tanaka Rokugo is well known, but the Shiraito brand is also a collaboration with a good sake brewery, so I had him buy it immediately 🍶. It has a sweet aroma and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little tangy on your tongue and then the sweet rice flavor comes in! The aftertaste is impressive with some sourness and sweetness coming together, and it was easy to drink and went down very quickly.

The second limited edition sake that I got from the Sangdo Shinen Banquet. It is a mixed brew of Yamadanishiki and Kago. I was told that this sake rice, which is written "Kako" and reads "Kabashiko", has a noble aroma that wafts to the neighborhood when it is steamed... I thought I would enjoy it first, but I got the impression that the aroma itself was not that strong. I got the impression that it was not that strong. Limited Sake Hana-no-Kou "Sakurabana" Morning Pressed Nama-nazake The only way to drink such a thing is to drink it on the day of purchase! The cherry blossom label is simple-is-best, as always! I've wanted to drink Tsukihaku since last year. I've been trying to get a bottle but it's always gone, so I finally got it! The pale blue label with the moon symbol is also nice! The taste is a little tangy and dry with just the right amount of zing. It has a sharp aftertaste, and although it's not sweet, it's easy to drink! I like sweet sake, so I guess it's more of a food sake, but it was a pleasant enough sake that I could drink it by itself.
