I found Kaze no Mori while rummaging in a liquor store. I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time, so I looked at the sake rice and the number and bought it. Just before drinking it, I looked at the label and saw that it was dry... I didn't have an image of Kaze no Mori as dry, but I wondered what it was like. When I opened the bottle, I heard a loud popping sound. It has a faint sweet aroma. The sweetness of the sake comes in a refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a slight tangy taste. It was a dry and sharp feeling of Kaze-no-mori. The dryness was not as strong as I expected, but it was definitely drier than other Kaze no Mori I have had 🍶.

The bottom of the label has the word "Cherry Chihuahua" on it. I liked it so much I bought it immediately! The sound of "Cheri-Choyo" is so cute 🍒! It smells so sweet when you open the bottle! When I put it in my mouth What's that? It's delicious, but it has a heavy taste that you wouldn't expect from cherries. Why such a heavy taste for cherries? And... I thought something was wrong. I wondered what the theme was this time. I looked it up and found out it was black cherry. Oh, that makes sense💦. What did you think of it? The heavy taste lingered in my mouth for a long time, but the aftertaste was very pleasant. I drank it up in no time at all, just like I always do with Takachiyos 🍶.

When I opened the bottle, I enjoyed a gentle sizzling sound, followed by a clean and refreshing aroma. In the mouth, it is clear and easy to drink, with an acidity and a rummy taste. The acidity gets stronger as the sake gets hotter, so I think I prefer it cold. It was a delicious jade.

To be honest, I've never seen it on land before, so I'm just using the view of the ocean before landing at Narita Airport as a guide for my brain: ✈️ Here's to the Ocean Series, which is so delicious that I have no problem entering the second week 🍶.

Personally, when I think of summer sake, I immediately think of Sengoku's Kabutomushi. I had never had it before, so I opened the bottle looking forward to it! I couldn't detect much of an aroma. The first thing I felt on the palate was the strong acidity. But it goes down so quickly that it doesn't bother me, and I immediately want the next one! As the sake becomes more mature, the mouthfeel and taste become milder, but I can't help but feel that I'm missing something. But once you have tasted the acidity, you will feel that it is not enough. Personally, I don't like sake with strong acidity, but this one was delicious. I also thought it would be better to drink it cold 🍶. I forgot when I was a boy (lol).

The other day I received a bottle of Chiba Kujukuri local sake🍶. The fresh and fluffy aroma heightens my expectations! The recommendation is to drink it hot or lukewarm, but since it was hot, I opted for cold sake (lol). The taste is refreshing, just like the aroma, and the slightly dry taste of the middle part of the sake spreads all the way through without losing its sharpness.
