Later, I saw it...
I found some elements I like, like the light nigori and the sake rice, Kitashizuku...
And there's a kitsune (fox) on the label...
With great anticipation, I started with the supernatant!
No sweetness, but a clean and refreshing taste with a good rice flavor!
When the orikori is mixed in
It tastes lactic acidic, but the taste itself does not change, so you can enjoy it as it is.
This is delicious in its own way!
