My sister, who knows I love Muscat, picked it out for me at the liquor store for my birthday gift✨.
It's a sake made with yeast isolated from Muscat of Alexandria.
I was thinking that Okayama, where the sake brewery is located, is a production area...
And the label is totally white wine🍾.
First, open the bottle and smell the aroma...
And then, the label is perfectly white 🍾..! This is Muscat ‼️
I couldn't hide my surprise... (LOL)
When you put it in your mouth
Something different from ordinary sake!
was my first impression.
It has a great muscat flavor on the palate!
Then comes a pleasant acidity and a fruity finish.
The aftertaste was so light that it was a dangerous type of deliciousness that I couldn't stop drinking 🍶.
