The first time I saw a yamori
When I first saw the sake, I read it as yamori (laughs)
And I'm sorry that I took the liberty of associating the sake with reptiles.
But when I looked closer, I saw them on the label 🦎.
I realized again that it wasn't a mistake.
I got a sake from Tokyo that I was planning to drink someday.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was like old-fashioned alcohol.
In the mouth, the rice flavor is strong and astringent with a bitter taste, and then it goes straight to the finish.
I was surprised at how strong the flavor remained until the end.
The taste mellows out as the sake gets hiya, but the bitterness is still there and it's a clear statement.

Good evening Jai & Nobby 🌉.
Thank you 😊
I guess I should have carved something like Mr. Jai & Nobby 🙂.
I definitely can't read 💦.
But I've always wondered about Okunokami because it's too cool a name 🍶.
