The taste is as described as a food wine, and it is easier to drink with snacks, but it is not too heavy.
It also has an alcoholic aftertaste.
I like cold sake, so I drank it cold, but the brewery recommends drinking it lukewarm, so I drank it lukewarm.
The aroma and flavor of the rice was softer as if it was lukewarm, but all the personality of the cold sake was lost (laugh).
I enjoyed this sake in many different ways.
My wife saw an artist on Youtube drinking this sake, so she rushed out to buy it!
