It has a strong white wine taste.
And the aroma is just like white wine!

I don't know if it's because it's junmai sake
I don't know if it's because it's a pure rice wine, but it was like a white wine with little acidity.
It was a sake that made me realize the difference in the quality of sake due to the difference in yeast 🍶.
