I've been hooked on Mr. Azuma Tsuru lately: ❣️ When you pour it, you get really fine little bubbles in your glass. It's so nice 😆. It's easy on the palate 😚 I love the sweet and sour taste! It's a January release, but it's also soft and soothing in the hot summer months: ❣️ I've been drinking it for a couple of days and it's getting sweeter 😍I wonder if it's peach🍑 or grape🍇. The owner of the liquor store is a Gunma Izumi Honjozo fan 😆. The one you can try at Kakuuchi is also a Honjozo 😆. I had a selfish image of "Gunma Izumi is a classic" 😆. But this one was different 😍. Gentle fruity sake! I'd say it's somewhere between modern and classic. Very good as a food sake 👍 I can drink it with Japanese food and never get tired of it 😋😋. I love yokomaya, Summer sake first time ❣️ Finally got it after 3 years 😂. It's still so good! ⤴️⤴️ I love the sweetness and juiciness that is unique to Yokoyama, but the sweet and juicy taste unique to Yokoyama will make your mouth water 😦. It's so sweet and juicy, you'll feel it in your mouth 😋😋😋. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Alcohol content 15%. Polishing ratio: Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%.

This is my first time at Amami since I heard the head brewer had changed. I asked the staff at the store, The taste is almost the same as before! The reproduction rate is 99.999%! If you make miso by hand, even if you use the same ingredients at the same time, it will taste different from one person to another. This is my favorite Wakanami: ❣️ I was going to buy the standard Junmai Ginjo sake, It's a limited time only sake! And it's more refreshing for summer than the standard sake! I decided to get the Juhikinmu because the staff told me it was more refreshing than the standard sake. It's a stable goodness 😍! Wakanami has a unique banana aroma🍌❣️ The taste is also banana-like but lighter than the standard Wakanami 😋. Ama-amaii❣️ It was soft and fluffy when it was just opened. After a few days, it's sweet again❣️ I want to try the other purple space sake too! I've always wanted to try a Koshi apple 🍏🍎😍 It's so easy to drink! It's like a juice 😋. More like rice-flavored juice than apple juice? Honey juice? 😆 😆. I thought it would taste more like apple lol. I felt a spicy stimulation when I opened it, but as it got warmer, it became sweet and sour 🍎🍏. Association 77 yeast that produces a lot of malic acid is used.
