Shiny purple letters on a black background I like this label because it is attractive 🩷. Nabe-sama's Yamadanishiki raw ❕. It's a damn good one 😆. I bought it as soon as I came across it 😆. It has a solid taste like Nabe-sama, but it's not too harsh and well balanced 👏. The chili gas is quite subdued 👏. Fruity but profound 😋. A great sake to savor slowly ❣️ Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. Date of production: November 2023

Yum ❣️😋😋 Atago no matsuya hito natsu no koi The sake from this brewery is to my liking, I knew this one would be good too 👏👏🙌Yatta! The staff said it has a strong rice flavor, and it certainly does👍! ↑I'm not so good with up rice taste 😅 but it's gentle, fruity and delicious 🎶. It's a bit of an ogara, so it's even more lactic acidic 😋. I like that it's not only lightly sweet but also has a hint of sourness 😍. Fukuoka Prefecture's sake is always ready to drink... and we tend to put it off. I was attracted by the label and the snowy cloudy taste, so I picked it up, Mitsui no Kotobuki's sake: ❣️ Not dry, not sweet. It's refreshing and very silky✨✨. It's not too frizzy so it goes down easy 😋😋. Easy to pair with food 👏👏👏👏👏. Neve is the Italian word for snow❄. I looked at the label on the back of the bottle later. It says "inspired by a winter landscape with powdery snow" 😲. It really was a beautiful sake, just like snow❄ ❣️ It's funny that Miyazaki Prefecture people who grew up in Fukuoka, where it doesn't snow that much, are talking about snow ❄🤣! A staff member told us that this year's Snoclet is rather dry and less sweet than before. This year's Snoclet is a little sweeter and drier than before... I got hooked on Kameizumi, and I'm still curious about Kochi Prefecture's sake brewed with CEL-24 😆. I wonder what Tosa Shiragiku's CEL-24 is like. One sip... Giggle 😆. Then comes the fruity taste that is typical of CEL-24 😆. I've had bitter aftertaste before, but this is the first time I've ever had bitterness in my mouth 😆. Nigaama fruity❣️ After a few days, the bitterness came back in order. And astringency on the back end? I'm not sure 😆. I like bitterness and astringency, so it's interesting to experience different tastes: ⤴️

It's my favorite Wakanami 🌊🌊. I know it's the season for nama sake, but this is fire-brewed 😆. but... Yummmm 😍😍😍. Still my favorite one! Wakanami has an aromatic flavor like banana🍌, but but this one is like strawberry or berry 🍓 with just the right amount of sweet and sour 💕. I'm getting more and more addicted to Wakanami 🤤🫠.

Ponchan 😆 I like that it has "mellow" on it, not just "nigori" 😆 "sludge" gives a different impression lol, I'd be disgusted 😆. The lady at this liquor store also knows a lot about alcohol and is very friendly to one woman 😉.
