It's finally getting cooler! Sake shops are all orange with the rush for fall sake, but I'm drinking summer sake, attracted by the refreshing blue bottles and labels 🍶. Oh 😍😍😍 it's so delicious 😍😍😍! It's sweet and fruity with a good amount of schwarziness ❣️❣️ The leesiness and the slightly spicy aftertaste is also very nice 👏👏👏👏👏. The next day, the choux is almost gone, and the sweetness is more like a peach wine⤴️ The name of the sake is based on the image of "Clammbon" in Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale I heard that the name of the sake is inspired by "Clammbon" in Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale... but it's hard for me 😅 who don't have sympathy for Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale to imagine it lol🤣🤣🤣🤣. The other day I drank a Koshihikari sake made from Kangiku's Koshihikari rice with a 90% milling ratio, I had a taste of Koshihikari Koshihikari with 90% polished rice the other day 🎶. Mmmm..! 😍😍! It's so delicious! 😍😍 It's soooo fruity but still has a rich sake-like flavor! The sweet and sourness is really good, sweet and tasty rich berry type 😋. I love the aftertaste 😆. Unlike the flashy juicy fruity ⤴️ that I usually prefer 😆, this one is full but stylish, moist but with a modern adult taste with a touch of flamboyance ❣️ It was so hot this year that I wasn't in the mood for it until just before, But when I looked up at the moon, it was shining so brightly, I'm excited to enjoy this kind of seasonal event again ⤴️❣️ from now on 😍 How did you enjoy tsukimi 🌕️? ❣️❣️

I've been hooked on Azuma Tsuru-san lately: ❣️ I love the name "Semishigure" 😆. It's a word that refers to the sound of many cicadas chirping all at once, like the sound of a drizzling rain. It's a tasteful word! By the way, this sake ❣️ It's so good! ⤴️⤴️ It's so shwashy 😍😍! Finally, I got my head around it and I finally sorted it out and decided on "Koshihikari"! Because it's food rice 😲! I thought it was a spring sake because of the name "Shunyo" and the pink label, but it was released in August😍. The liquor store said it was a limited edition sake for the opening of the brewery. Yummmm 😍😍😍😍! This sweet and fruity flavor is...melon! 🍈🍈😍😍 Just a little bit of tingling gas. The aroma smells like rice, but when you drink it, it tastes like melon juice 😆. After a while, when the temperature rises, it's like a yogurt milk candy 😋. Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio 70%. I enjoy stopping by liquor stores when I'm on the road 🎶😆. I get excited when I come across a brand I don't see at my usual liquor store 😆. First time I saw this one 😍I was attracted by the nice white horse label ❣️ It seems to be popular at this liquor store and many people repeat it every year ⤴️ The nigoroshi, shuwashu and sweet and sour are so perfect! ❣️😍Super like it 😆 It's not nigori but more like Doburoku 😆. Mellow and thick! After some time, it's getting sweet and fruity 😍. More and more delicious and just right 😍😋😋. The owner of the liquor store is a Gunma Izumi Honjozo fan 😆. The one you can try at Kakuuchi is also a Honjozo 😆. I had a selfish image of "Gunma Izumi is a classic" 😆. But this one was different 😍. Gentle fruity sake! I'd say it's somewhere between modern and classic. Very good as a food sake 👍 I can drink it with Japanese food and never get tired of it 😋😋. I love yokomaya, Summer sake first time ❣️ Finally got it after 3 years 😂. It's still so good! ⤴️⤴️ I love the sweetness and juiciness that is unique to Yokoyama, but the sweet and juicy taste unique to Yokoyama will make your mouth water 😦. It's so sweet and juicy, you'll feel it in your mouth 😋😋😋. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Alcohol content 15%. Polishing ratio: Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%.
