This is my first time at Amami since I heard the head brewer had changed. I asked the staff at the store, The taste is almost the same as before! The reproduction rate is 99.999%! If you make miso by hand, even if you use the same ingredients at the same time, it will taste different from one person to another. So, it is natural for the taste of sake to change if one member changes... This is my favorite Wakanami: ❣️ I was going to buy the standard Junmai Ginjo sake, It's a limited time only sake! And it's more refreshing for summer than the standard sake! I decided to get the Juhikinmu because the staff told me it was more refreshing than the standard sake. It's a stable goodness 😍! Wakanami has a unique banana aroma🍌❣️ The taste is also banana-like but lighter than the standard Wakanami 😋. The choice of Jujikinmu in summer is right⤴️🙆 Ingredients: Rice (Fukuoka Prefecture), Rice Koji (Fukuoka Prefecture), "Kotobukinmu 100%" Juhikinmu registered as a suitable rice for sake brewing in 2012 Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 Production date: 2024.4

I've always wanted to try drinking at home, Shihou-chan. Found it in Sasebo on my trip ❣️😍 There were so many varieties, it was hard to choose 😂. So I picked the spring sake recommended by the staff! Ama-amaii❣️ It was soft and fluffy when it was just opened. After a few days, it's sweet again❣️ I want to try the other purple space sake too! I've always wanted to try a Koshi apple 🍏🍎😍 It's so easy to drink! It's like a juice 😋. More like rice-flavored juice than apple juice? Honey juice? 😆 😆. I thought it would taste more like apple lol. I felt a spicy stimulation when I opened it, but as it got warmer, it became sweet and sour 🍎🍏. Association 77 yeast that produces a lot of malic acid is used. I went to Hagi in GW: ❣️ I want to buy and drink local sake when I travel 😆. I chose this one because of the words "Active Nigori" and the cute illustration of a hippo 🎶. I chose this one because of the cute hippo illustration and the word "active nigori" 🎶. Now, chill it well and open the bottle! ....don't say "psshhhh..." 😂. I thought it was going to start sizzling, but nothing happened and the bottle opened without any problems 🤣. No sizzle when I drank it 🤣. I was laying the bottle on its side so maybe it gassed out. 😂. Too sloppy and elementary mistake 🤣. I was disappointed because I wanted to try the sizzling niggles ❕❕ but It's good ❕❕. Umami❣️❣️ I like it just the right amount of sweetness and niggles 😍😍. I definitely want to try the shuwashu next time 😂. Rice polishing ratio 70%. I went to Sasebo for GW: ❣️ If you find a Nagasaki limited edition sake by Jiran at a liquor store, you can't help but buy it 😂😂. Oh my! How delicious😍😍. When I was a very beginner sake drinker, I drank it at a sake tasting and felt it was too dry. I never had a chance to drink it after that 😂. I discovered nigori, and the store owner recommended it to me as sweet and easy to drink, so I gave it a try ⤴️ It goes well with Japanese food: ❣️ Sake and food taste better when paired with food than on its own😍😍. It's so light and soft on the palate that it's hard to believe it's 17%. Umayum⤴️⤴️⤴️😍 The combination with the food makes the sake go down a storm! I guess local sake goes well with everyday dishes 😆. It's wiped out my image of Shigemasu so far 😂. I'll drink more from now on😆. Rice polishing ratio 50%. I got this from ❣️ I've never read Slam Dunk. I've always wanted to try it 😆. It's soooo refreshing without any cloying taste✨ +I was afraid to try it at +14 but it didn't feel too spicy 😆. It's not a sweet sake flavor, but it's a soft rice flavor. It's not a sweet and umami sake taste, but it has a mild rice taste Perfect for simple tasting dishes! I had it with sushi 🍣. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 14 Date of production: March 2024

Visit Michinoku Yume Plaza, an antenna store of Northern Tohoku in Tenjin There was an Akita sake tasting event! This one was my favorite out of 5 kinds. According to the sales staff who is from Akita (Unexpectedly) this one sells well in Fukuoka 😆. He said that people from Akita seem to have different tastes 😆. It's delicious ❣️ It's both modern and classic. It's rich but also has sweetness, sourness and spiciness, well balanced and easy to drink⤴️ Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Today is another bright and fun kakuchi🎶. The owners of a store in downtown Fukuoka's Haruyoshi district The rice used to make this sake is grown by the owner of a shop in downtown Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, and each year a different sake brewery is commissioned to make it. This year it is Miinotsuki! Yummmm 😍😍! Fruity, but with a calmness that is typical of a medium-bodied sake. The bitterness on the back end is also nice. ❣️ There are many kinds of sake rice, but Yamadanishiki is the best, isn't it? Raw material rice: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima Sake degree: 15
