Here is today's sake! Yes, it's Gunma Izumi! I'm looking forward to it since I knew the name but had never had it before😊They recommend heating it up to lukewarm, but I'll take it cold first✨. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet and sour aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the lactobacillus in the elegant sweetness that only Yamahai can provide, and it finishes clean and crisp 🤭! Next time I would like to try it lukewarm ✨I'm looking forward to it 🤗. Have a great night everyone ✨!

群馬泉　純米吟醸淡緑 Gunma Izumi Junmai Ginjo Usumidori 種名群馬若水100% アルコール　15％ 日本酒度+3 精米歩合　50% 酸度　1. 6 Rice: Wakamizu from Gunma Pref. 100% Alcohol 15% Nihonshudo +3 Seimaibuai 50% Acidity 1.5 It really does have a light green color! A light and dry, with a clean finish. Pretty good Food Sake, pairing well with Kara-age, kimchi and it even amplifies the sweetness of fresh corn. I hope to find this Sake again. 2025/08/11

A light green, high quality, draft sake from Gunma Izumi, which is basically aged. The color is somewhat light green. The aroma is banana and pear. The taste is sweet with the aroma. Complex and mineral taste. Slightly milky with a hint of milkiness You can enjoy the complex sweetness and umami more at room temperature than cold sake.

Like a little 🍇 in the melon? It smells beautiful and clear ✨. The mouthfeel is soft and clear too 😆! The taste is grape-like sweetness with a bit of mellowness and a beautiful rice flavor, all wrapped up in a soft acidity? It is 😳! Overall, I think it's more light and dry, but you can really enjoy the taste and cleanliness by itself, and this is my favorite sake...! No, it's delicious...! I'm here in Kusatsu Onsen for the first time in a whole year for a 3 day/2 night itinerary starting today, and it's off to a great start✨!
