So, the person I met on this day was the toji, Mr. Rika.
He seems crisp and sharp.
Just listening to his voice, he sounds like Chinatsu Wakatsuki...

Comparing Jungin with different rice varieties
Both Sakonishiki and Nagare are sake rice from Shimane
Both are fruity and sweet with a nice sharpness
The Sakonishiki is sweeter and the Hachitanryu has a hint of acidity.
I would like to try the Rika series, but maybe another time!

Here is another sake from Shimane.
I often go to Shimane Prefecture for touring and mountain climbing, so I inevitably end up drinking a lot.
I know there is a brand of sake from Iwami Ginzan, but this is my first purchase.
