I had a bottle of Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Yuho, hot sake. Gentle rice flavor. Tamakae is delicious. We had it with oden (Japanese soup stock) and were blissfully happy.
I was surprised at the difference in taste between the two types of wine: ⁉︎ Both are fruity and sweet with a clean aftertaste, just the way I like it. The Schubert was less sweet with a hint of banana, while the Mozart was sweeter 😉.
At the sake tasting experience meeting.
This is the first time to drink Yuho's nama-hashiroshi.
Sweet aroma with a banana feeling.
It has a sweet aroma with a banana-like sweetness, and the unique sourness and sweetness of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast yeast. I also felt bitterness when I drank it.
Delicious!
