Yesterday I went sightseeing in Kamakura for the first time in years. I spent a relaxing time in Yuigahama and enjoyed riding the Enoden. And starting this week, I'll be working 5 consecutive days of fear 🫨. I can't keep a straight face, so I'm going to have some sake. I'm going to have some good sake. This is my third bottle of HIROKI sake since I started SAKE NO WA. The aroma is of rice. The sweetness, umami, and spiciness are well balanced and disappear in the mouth. It is delicious with fried octopus, horse mackerel, and other salty foods 😊✨.

Please be careful in areas where typhoons pass💦. Next, we will have Sake Mirai from Eikofuji. I'm totally addicted to Sake Mirai 🍶 and I'll have it again this year. The aroma is sweet and delicious with a hint of vanilla. The first sip has a sourness and sweet vanilla flavor, and the second half has a sharp finish. It is delicious every year. Today I was in agony with bruised toes. Sad, so drink sake to improve blood flow😊. This is my first Sairai. The aroma is juicy sweet and sour like green apple. The sweetness and acidity mix together in the mouth, and finally it finishes dry and sharp. As the temperature rises, the initial change becomes milder and the sharpness eases afterwards, making it easy to drink and delicious. I paired it with prosciutto cheese and tuna vinegar and it matched 😊✨.

The thunder has been amazing lately...I will be taking an early summer vacation starting today. We will continue to have the same series of sake from the previous day. This is the first Bizen Asahi. It seems to be made from Asahi rice, the root of many rice varieties. ☀️ The aroma is vanilla and clean. It also has a hint of muscat 🤔. When you sip it, the deliciousness spreads on your tongue and finishes off. It is delicious with sushi, but it is a good match 🍣Remarks: It is a light and fresh wine, and it certainly washes away the fat from the fish. I'd love to win all kinds of packaged sake 🥺 delicious✨.

Next, we will have a one-cup of Oumine. I found this sake at a liquor store in Nakameguro. It has a sweet-tart flavor with a nice sharpness in the second half. 100ml is the perfect size. I would love to drink this on my way home after a long day at work with this in my hand 😊I refrain from drinking on the way home...but it's delicious✨.

Today we will be having Red Takeshi's Mountain. The Mountain logo has changed a bit in font color from last year. ⛰️ The aroma is sweet and sour, like muscat. On the palate, it is sour and sweet, with a touch of astringency in the latter half. It is almost like a change in taste like a white wine. It reminds me of Yamamoto's Wa Yin 🍾 Alcohol is just like wine at 14 degrees. I think the taste has changed from last year. How about those who drank it 🤔? It is delicious, but a little difficult to match.

Today is a win for the BayStars, getting out of a 9-game losing streak 😭I'm also happy to see my guess, Hayashi, playing well. I'll open a nice drink to celebrate. It's Banshu Aizan special grade rice, which I purchased today from a liquor store in Nakameguro. This is definitely a delicious one. The aroma is vanilla with a clean flavor, and on the palate the sweetness, umami, and acidity blend together in a well-balanced manner before disappearing. When cold, the acidity lingers in the aftertaste, but as the temperature rises, the overall balance is good. I served it with dried horse mackerel, and it matched well. I think it goes well with salty and umami type of food 😊✨It's been a while since I've had it, but I still think it's a good Kafuda sake.

Today we will have Dharma Masamune 🍶 The aroma has a cemedine feel. The color is light yellowish. It has a rich sweetness and sourness on the palate, with a caramel-like sweetness that remains and fades away. In addition to the usual three-stage brewing process, it seems that a fourth stage (koji amazake) and a fifth stage (yeast) are added. It is delicious with fried noodles and cabbage with hot spicy sauce. It seems to go well with Chinese dishes with rich sauce, such as mapo tofu and spring rolls. The alcohol content is high at 16-17 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much (I tell myself) 😊✨.

I will have the discovery series of Kangiku, which I drank this time last summer. Last year, I drank the orange and green labels, so this is my first blue one. This one seems to be lightly cloudy. The aroma has a subtle spottiness. It seems to be made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice. On the palate, the rice is sweet, mildly spicy, refreshing and delicious 😊I would like to try the red label (Koshihikari). I'm still watching the All Star game, Austin hit a home run ⚾️ thank you Murakami too 😭 I hope to go to the All Star one day. Delicious✨✨

Thanks for your work in the hot weather. I took the afternoon off today to watch the All-Star game. I was supposed to be at Jingu...! I lost the ticket battle🥺. This is my first white tru. The aroma is sweet and sour like apple honey. When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness and a sourness in the second half that slowly disappears. This is Omachi, isn't it? I had no idea until I heard it was Omachi. It is delicious with octopus tempura and tsukune, ☺️gogoCe League!

I am a weekend hermit. In the summer I am happiest at home with the air conditioner on. 🕶️ Nagano sake will continue for a while. Today is the first Genshu Mai in a while 🍶. The aroma is tropical sweetness and robust sweetness. The first sip has a mellow sweetness and umami, and the second half has a sourness and a tanginess that is only possible with unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted sake. Thank you for your hard work during the week. Today we will have sake from Nagano. The aroma is sweet and sour like a pineapple and the weight is heavy and robust. In the mouth, the deliciousness goes down jiri-li and disappears gradually. I combine sasimi konnyaku with vinegared miso, it's mild and delicious 😊. I can't wait to go back to Nagano again and eat it with soba noodles and nozawana 🤤.

On our last night in Nagano, we will have Gokotsuru, which we bought at Shinshu Kurado in front of the station 🍶. It is my first active nigori. The moment you open it, the carbonation rises, and the oriels mix together all at once. The aroma is slightly lactic acidic and sour. After the dry spiciness, the sweetness and sourness gradually remain in the mouth, and it is delicious when paired with boiled nozawana (nozawana greens) 💨.

Today I went back to Nagano and stocked up on sake 🍶. I went to Sake-no-Osaka-ya in Chikuma City for the first time, and the lineup was amazing, including Shinshu Kamerei and Genmai 😲. I will have a glass of the Kurosawa I purchased today. When I opened the bottle, the gas came up and got mixed in with the ori but I was able to prevent it from exploding 💦. The aroma is a faint lactic acid aroma. The dry gassy sensation goes away when you sip it. I've paired it with sashimi, nozawana and oil simmered vegetables, and it's a delicious match 😊I'm worried that you're pricing this wrong at around 1400 yen 🫨Tasty✨.

Thank you all for your hard work every day. I had a blur today, so I will have some sake 🍶. It is Matsuo Boast, which was given to me by a person in Chiba. Matsuo seems to be a place and you can only buy it in Chiba. The aroma is rummy, sweet and juicy. On the palate, it has a full-bodied, hard texture, and is gradually spicy but disappears nicely. It is delicious with garlic and other strong flavored foods or with grilled chicken 🤤. Forget work on weekends and enjoy drinking ☺️

What a profound label...the aroma is clean and reminiscent of muscat and vanilla. On the palate, there is a slight sweet acidity and umami, with a spiciness and sharpness that makes the top of the tongue feel hot. It is dry with a chattering sensation on the tip of the tongue. It is easy to match as a food sake. The alcohol content is 16%, so it would be good to drink it with ice like an ice breaker. Delicious✨
