Today I will have a Houou Mita for the first time in a long time.
It has been about 3 years since I drank it before I started Sake-no-Wawa and it has been about 3 years since I drank it at home.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and when you sip it, the clean sweetness and deliciousness disappear in a gorgeous aroma. It seems to be made from a sake rice called Yumesasara, which is new to me.
The overall impression is one of lightness. I paired it with sea bream and sea bream sashimi, but I think it goes well with light white fish. Delicious😊✨

Hello, missamisao 😃.
How nice to hear from you! It's been such a long time 😃‼️
I should not say that 😆 but we are also Senkou fans 😅.

Good evening, Jaynobi 🌟I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious! This year seems to be the 150th anniversary of Houou Mita 👏I will try to drink a lot of both Sengoku and Mita 🫡.
