This week I took a paid day off to go to my first baseball game at zozo marine stadium and enjoyed the famous vegetable motsu-ni. ☺️✨While working to watch the baseball game, of course I also enjoy sake. Today is my first Kabutomushi🍶The aroma is sweet and sour like a muscat. On the palate, as expected, it has a white wine-like acidity, and while it is delicious, it also has an astringent, tongue-squeezing feeling. I'm pairing it with a set of antipasto that I bought at the deli that goes with the wine, and it's delicious. Delicious✨

Today we will have our first hana yang in a year 💐. The aroma is pear-like, fresh, sweet, fruity and spodgy. It is delicious and spicy on the palate and disappears pleasantly. I'm pairing it with tuna sashimi and summer vegetable oden and it's delicious 😊 It's delicious matched with fatty fish✨.

I've been out of sake lately due to my busy schedule and poor health, but I'm lifting the ban for the first time in a while 🍶It's my first MACHO purchased at a liquor store in Kanazawa-Bunko 💪. The aroma is sweet and vinegary like apricot. The color is a little yellowish and acidic. On the palate, there is a tropical sweet and sourness that disappears gently. I was expecting it to be more aggressive because of the low-polished rice and the sake's raw yeast, but I was betrayed in a good way 😲. It is delicious and in my favorite lineage! I think the direction of the flavor is similar to that of Shinsei. I was not aware of it, but I will buy it next time I find it 🦍Tasty ✨.

Today, on the way back from a visit to the Yokosuka Museum of Art, I will be having a summer omen that I purchased at a liquor store in Kanazawa-Bunko, where I got off for the first time 🍶. I wanted to drink it last year but couldn't get it... finally got it 😊. The aroma is faintly reminiscent of natural peach water or ramune. On the palate it has a soft sweetness and acidity, with a white wine-like astringency in the second half. It is delicious with shellfish sushi or caprese with tomatoes, prosciutto ham, and cheese. It is also delicious on its own✨.

I wanted to continue with the Happy Doburoku😊. When mixed, it has a berry-like sweet-sourness and yogurtiness. On the palate it has an apricot-like sweet-sourness and a hop bitterness. It's a delicious balance of sweet and sour and bitter. It is my favorite flavor. I feel happy and ready to work hard tomorrow. Delicious✨

I lost a lot of things today... 💸 I will have a limited edition sake of Kangiku to make it a good day at the end of the day. The aroma is sweet and delicious, like honey from flowers, with a hint of tropical pineapple 🍍. On the palate, there is a tropical sweetness and umami, and in the second half, there is a bouncy freshness that is unique to unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is delicious with leek salt chicken, tuna, salmon, and Thai sushi rolls 🤤. It has a tropical flavor like Hanahayo and Kameizumi, but it's more like a gorgeous but easy to pair with food 🍶✨.

I went to Hamasuta today to cheer for the team 📣. It was a hot day.... The game was also hot 🔥. I went home and opened a bottle of sake to celebrate 🍶It's the first Honkin that I stocked up on in Nagano. This one was delicious when I tasted it at the brewery, so I got it. The aroma is sweet from the rice, fruity like banana, and a little twangy and woody. On the palate, it is sweet and sour and delicious, with a slow spiciness in the second half. It is easy to drink with chicken nanban or tsukimaki, and is a good match as a food sake. Delicious✨

I was feeling a little tired after the holiday weekend, so I decided to take a day off from drinking. I was going to take a rest day, but when I saw the success of Tsutsuka of the Bay Stars (⚾️), I decided I had to have a drink! I opened a bottle. It was my first bottle of Shichida. The rice seems to be Dewa Sanzu. The aroma is clean and sweet. When you sip it, it has a sweet and sour taste, and in the latter half, the umami and spiciness slowly spread. With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is a perfect summer sake. I learned that it is delicious with fried horse mackerel, so I paired it with fried horse mackerel, and the sweet and sour taste stands out and is delicious 🤤It would go well with fried foods such as hot fried octopus and fried shrimp. Delicious✨

This week has been tiring after the consecutive holidays. It's the change of season, so it's important to take care of yourself. Please take care of yourself too. ☺️ Today I'll be having a bottle of Erhagi's Light Nigori (a light nigori) 🐇. It took me about 5 minutes to open the bottle💦Be careful not to explode when opening. The aroma is sweet and sour. On the palate, there is a mild dryness and a sourness in the second half along with the umami. Maybe because the temperature is a little higher, the change is calm. I got the impression that the whole thing was cohesive. Delicious✨

Today we will have Gokotsuru, which was purchased at the brewery during GW. When we visited the brewery, we were given a tour of the brewery. We were told that the brewery uses standardization based on data and manual labor in areas that require a lot of time and effort to make sake that pursues great taste. With high expectations, we will eat the sake. The aroma is juicy and fresh, like a green apple. The acidity is also very lively. In the mouth, there is a fresh sweetness and acidity, and in the second half, a spiciness that is akin to that of a fresh sake. As time goes by, the change in taste becomes milder. Delicious✨

Sorry, it exploded when I opened this one and I wasted 1/3 of it... 😢 Please be careful when opening 💦. I'll take it as it is. The aroma is citrusy, and the carbonation is squishy all the way through. It is cloudy white. In the mouth, there is an orangey sourness with a burst of carbonation, which gives it a fresh feeling. It seems to go well with foods that go well with lemon sour, such as fried chicken and yakitori. For every bottle of this, 1000 yen will be donated to Noto. Delicious✨

I was surprised when the lid flew off with a pop 🫢 while I was opening it. It flew between the sky and the sea. LOL! The aroma is sweet like vanilla, with a hint of sourness. In the mouth, you can feel the sizzling acidity, I feel a slight umami and sweetness 🤔. The second half is a bit zippy. It is delicious with thick fried bean stew and miso mayo with green beans and cucumbers. It seems to go well with sweet, salty, and rich foods. It is refreshing, pleasant, and tastes great to drink in this early summer time of the year to clear the mind 😊✨.

Today I will be drinking a sake that I purchased the other day in Nakameguro. It is Anastasia Green, which I have often seen at Sake-no-wa and have been curious about 🌱. The aroma is slightly vanilla-like, with a refreshing acidity. When you sip it, along with the deliciousness, there is a sweet and sour taste in the second half. At first, the change in flavor between the first half and the second half was remarkable. The second half was sweet and sour like apricots, but as the temperature rises, it has a refreshing green apple-like flavor. I also feel a hint of astringency and bitterness 🤔I paired it with yellowtail sashimi and cucumber tsukemono ✨I think it would go well with fatty red meat sashimi 🤤.

I will have the Oumine that I stocked up on yesterday in Nakameguro 🍶. Oumine is my favorite strain of flavor, so I'm looking forward to it 😊. The aroma is like Spodori. It is mixed with ori. The rice seems to be made from Aizan. On the palate, the sweet and sour taste is mixed with the deliciousness and disappears pleasantly. The overall balance is good. I paired it with dried horse mackerel, and it is a perfect match. Omine is delicious with this sense of balance ✨.

Since I'm more of a dumpling person than a flower person, I went home early and had some sake. I drink a bottle of Kangiku's Haruhi, which I bought the other day. Last weekend I got carried away and drank and ate, and ended up getting gastroenteritis and wasting my paid time 😅. Even if you are an adult, you should be careful not to drink and eat too much. Today, I will enjoy drinking in moderation. It's been a while since I've had Sentori. Before mixing the ori, it has a sweetness like rumune and peach. After mixing the oli, it has a spodly taste. When you sip it, you feel a dry, sour and spicy taste that falls on your tongue. There is a gap when you imagine it as a dobrok. I think it is similar to the time I drank the Higashi Rikishi's Kyokushizuku. I think it tastes good when paired with a strong flavor. I'd like to eat it with tare yakitori or something 🤤 delicious✨.

Today was a fun day eating delicious ramen for lunch and drinking beer😊I also enjoy drinking sake on my nights off. This is a gift from Akabu. The aroma is clean and sweet.
