I dedicate the sake to Katsumori, who was purchased at Zenkoji Temple in Nagano and is said to have led the WBC to victory. Yokohama win: ‼️ Now back to the main topic💦We will have a Haneya sake featuring the moon goddess, a flower that blooms only one night. The aroma has a sweet vanilla flavor. It also has a packaged sake feel. On the palate, there is a honey-like sweetness and a hint of sourness; it seems to be made with No. 10 yeast and Omachi. The lingering aftertaste is pleasant as it quickly and fleetingly fades away. This is delicious! I think people who like Hanayuup and Suidama will like it. Yummy yummy✨

I went to Ise and Nagoya on Saturday and Sunday 💨. In Ise, we compared Jikimaya Saku & drank oyster hot pot and beer from Ise Kakunoya Mugishu...and drank in Sakae...we ate and drank a lot...we had too much. To relieve the fatigue of the trip, we had a bottle of Kangiku Kenaiyama. The aroma is sweet and tasty rice. The sweetness and dryness of the rice is slowly fading away in the mouth. It reminds me of the sweet umami of Eikofuji's Sake Mirai and Kafuda Sake. This is delicious 😲✨ I've had it with tenmusu and inari, but it's good enough to drink on its own 🤤.
