I failed at work today and I'm depressed... 😔I'm going to have a drink to heal me to get my mind back on track 🍶.
This is the first time I've had takachiyos at home. It's been about 3 years since I had a drink at Unagidani in Osaka 👀.
It's not easy to buy it at the store, but I went on an expedition to get it. The aroma is juicy sweet and sour and fruity, like a pear. On the palate, the soft moderate sweet and sourness and dryness disappear pleasantly. This is delicious 🤤 It is a good neutralizer of the modern strains and classics of Niigata, and is delicious as a food sake. I'm pairing it with toasted turnips with salted kelp and sesame oil ✨I like modern Niigata sake, so I'd like to drink more Takachiyo 🍶.
