Tsuneyama" Junmai Dry (Super) Aromatic and gorgeous. Light on the palate and delicious from the first sip 😋. Dry and fruity with a clean aftertaste. It is a very delicious sake that goes well with meals 🍶. Well, I bought it because the label was simple and cool and the price was reasonable, but I hit the jackpot 🎯.

It's finally getting colder: ⛄️ But it was 25 degrees Celsius on Sunday when I drank this... Now, "Winter's coming" 🍶. I was told by the shopkeeper that the lid would fly off when opening the bottle (⚠️), so I cooled it down and opened the bottle slowly. When I lifted the lid a little, it automatically lifted and I almost had a party for one 🥳. The sweet aroma rose to the surface and filled me with anticipation of the flavor 🥳. I took the top clear liquid without mixing it first. It tastes clean and fruity, like muscat and green apple. When stirred, the shwashiness increases and the richness of the muddiness also increases. The gorgeous aroma is also a nice accent🙆. Overall, I preferred it better when mixed! I like the stylish graphics too, it looks like it's standing on snow 🙆. It's a delicious sake 🍶.

Continue, Dewa Sanzan" by "TAMITSU BENEFICIENCY". This is the best 😊. I had had this sake on a previous visit to Ise Shrine, and it left a lasting impression that I wanted to drink it again 🍶. It is fruity, easy to drink, refreshing without being harsh. It is the kind of sake I want to drink every day. I'll have to order some 🎵.

Continue, It was a draft sake. It was a draft sake 😘. Wow! It tastes like lemon 🍋. It has a nice aroma with sweetness and just the right amount of acidity 🍋. The roundness is also good 👌 Delicious 🤤.

We have just finished a big job and had a private launch lol. Ganzan" is a famous sake shop in the neighborhood. They have 50 kinds of Sake, Shochu (barley, sweet potato, etc.), and Awamori! The first one is Tobiroki (🍶). I had it at the first sip. It is a beautiful and refreshing sake! The sweetness was refreshingly crisp and went well with sashimi and tempura.

Nagano Trip⑤. The last one was Mr. Beaumichel 🍶. Sake with a taste for music 🎵. Gorgeous taste like apple🍎! It's like a juice! It also feels like wine 🍾. Delicious, delicious 🤤. I'm sure I'll be back! Well, Tsugaike Kogen was prepared for winter with dead trees, but the view was great 😊. It would have been better if it was covered with snow, but the view was great 😆. The air is so good! I want to move there 🏠!

Nagano Trip 4 Kamiwatari The deliciousness exuded from the dignified atmosphere despite the 3 deci... As the label on the back says, the seal is very tight... It really won't open... And unfortunately, there was no gassy feeling... maybe a little bit of a spiciness? It tastes like pineapple and banana with a syrupy sweetness. It is a bit high in alcohol content at 17 degrees, so it gets drunk quickly. The next morning, we went hiking at Tsugaike Kogen (Tsugaike Plateau) 🏞️ It was the last day of this year, so there were almost no visitors and we had the place to ourselves. There was no snow and it was sunny and hot 🫠. It would have been nice to see snow, but this year it will finally snow on the next day. I heard that skunk cabbages are beautiful in the scenery, but it was just at the end of the autumn leaves. I have been taking in the beautiful air: 🏔️

Nagano Trip 3 Doburoku and mikan (doburoku and mikan) 🍶. The doburoku from the brewery we went to in the spring was available in a mikan ver. 🍊. Yummy 😋! It's like a juice 🍹! The mashed pulp and doburoku rice grains alternately rush together 😘. Now, the photo is of a very stylish restaurant called "ao" by Lake Aoki. 🍽️ It seems to be run by TY Harbor in Tennozu, Tokyo, and the food was very good! It would have been nice to see the sunset, but the stars were so beautiful that it was a good thing👍.

Trip to Nagano (2) This is also at "Shinshu Kuraudo" at Nagano Station. Ubasute terraced rice field "Moon of every rice field" 🍶. I bought it because of its beautiful graphics. I could see many terraced rice fields in the mountains of Nagano. I think it is really hard to plant rice in a place where no machines can enter. On the first day, it had a gorgeous aroma, a sweet taste, and a dry atmosphere that cut through quickly. I thought it would be better to let it sit for a while. I thought so, and on the third day, it rounded out and changed very deliciously. ☺️ Now to the Nagano Prefectural Museum of Art 🚗 which I wanted to visit. There is an outdoor fog exhibit here. It's not really an exhibit, but more of an installation. A good amount of fog comes out every 30 minutes or so. The children seemed to be having a lot of fun running around. The architecture is very nice combined with the landscape. The location is right behind Zenkoji Temple and the view from the hilltop is outstanding. I would like to mention that we also paid a visit to Zenkoji Temple. The autumn leaves were beautiful and spectacular. The young lady is in a swastika pose.

It was my son's birthday earlier this month, so we went to Nagano Prefecture for a visit during this holiday weekend! I think I have been to Nagano Prefecture a hundred times, but this was my first time in Nagano City. I found a great liquor store called "Shinshu Kuraudo" in the very magnificent Nagano station 💡. They have sake from all over Nagano 😘. They also have a corner shop, so if I hadn't come by car, I would have gone in there lol. A cute bear wearing an apple 🍎. The kids picked out a cup of sake with a cute illustration of Alkuma-chan 🍶. The taste was very refreshing! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a crisp aftertaste. It's very easy to drink and has no habits, so if you're traveling by Shinkansen, this is definitely the one you want to drink on the train on the way home. I bought a few other bottles, so I'm looking forward to opening them 😊.

Next up... Golden Globe. One sip, and then, "Hmm? Where have I had this before? I looked at the label on the back and saw that it was made by the Nieda family. I see what you mean. The label says it is dry, but I didn't feel that much, it was a full-bodied and delicious sake. It has a nice sharpness and goes well with meals🙆🙆 Now, this restaurant has "Shibazuke gourd" and the kids love it 😍. It tastes just like Shibazuke, but the kids love it and say "pikmin!

Apples 🍎 followed by melon 🍈. Very refreshing and great for long autumn nights at dusk🍶. Very delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤. The bottle was opened lightly with a splash. It's a fire-aged sake, but it's as if it's a fresh sake. It's not too sweet and has a nice sharpness, it's just delicious 😋. I had pickled eggplant with a side dish 🍆. I think I'm going to finish the whole bottle!

Good thing I'm a glasses boy👓. This is very delicious 🤤. The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is like muscat at first, and the aftertaste is strawberry🍓. It is a refreshing sake with just the right amount of stimulation that leaves a lingering chill on the tip of the tongue 🍶. I am convinced that the brewers with glasses can even see the bacteria! The extra glasses wipes that come with the sake 🥸 are also very comfortable to wipe with, just like the glasses wearers feel. 🕶️ They cleaned up really well 🤩.

It's been a while since I've had a "brewing forest" 🍶. Can I call it a cloudy sake? The taste is bitter and sweet like grapefruit. This time it had a yellowish hue and a stronger bitterness. This is "Suzu Masamune" from my hometown Shiga 🍶. I borrowed it from my parents' house. It is a thick sake with a light yellow color. It is a traditional dry sake. It seems to go better with warmed sake than cold sake. Today we are having cartilage and yellowtail with basil sauce. 🍽️

The drizzling rain is like a rainy season. Here is 💁 for the cool season when you miss the clear autumn weather. Ichinoya "Hyokusumizu" (ice bamboo shoot water). I visited the brewery the other day at the opening of the brewery 🚗. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it because I was traveling by car... On the day of the event, there was a drinking festival at 3 breweries + craft beer shops in Shinano-Omachi. Hakubanishiki, Kitaan Okuni, and Ichinoya. We had a great time greeting the breweries and eating potato chips and jerk chicken catered by the breweries. The wine is slightly dry but sweet in taste. The aroma that passes through the nose is refreshing and pleasant🙆I was surprised that it was much tastier than when I had it the year before last. ‼️ Today we served it with fresh sweet shrimp!

This is delicious 😋. It goes well with rice! I am still preferring Junmai these days 🍶. The clean water that doesn't interfere with anything, the crisp, clear taste, and the subtle sweetness make it very easy to drink. It goes well with any meal. It was a delicious sake that sinks in even after sweating it out at a gutsy dance 🍶.
