I've been so busy lately that I haven't been able to upload anything. I'm up 😅. Local drinking party with my friends 🍶. First, a toast with beer 🍺! First, a dobrok of Uguisu (Japanese nightshade) from the garden! 6% alc content, wow, it's a perfect amazake! Next, a solid Yamamoto Dosai! and Miyamanishiki by Hanahayo. And finally, Shinkame hot sake to finish it all off! By the way, Izakaya is a very lively place! Even when the bar is empty, customers keep coming! The food is delicious no matter what you eat. Morioka cold noodles from my hometown, it was so delicious ❣️

Also on the Shikoku Pilgrimage tour last year Bunkajin we met It is one of the best sake from Kochi. It has a nice round flavor and a delicious sweetness. We enjoyed it with grilled chicken and salted fish.

Gin Kame-chan, my favorite of all the Shinshu Kame-ryo brands. It's a little expensive, but I won it in a lucky game of "Gara-pon" 😅. I won it in a lucky draw 😅. It is fruity and has a good balance of sweet and savory. Very good! I ate it with assorted sashimi, grilled Spanish mackerel kama, etc. Enjoy it!

Kachikoma Freshly Squeezed Nama First encounter with hiragana Kachikoma🤭. It was given to me by one of my friends. I've been to Toyama several times and had Kachikoma. It seems to be a precious seasonal bottle! Alcoholic content of 18 degrees, alky sake. It has a robust mouthfeel and is fruity, It tastes like melon and banana. I enjoyed it with some nice sashimi I got at a local fishmonger. I heard that in spring, you can experience directly pumping sake at the brewery. at the brewery in the spring!

School Trip for Adults in Nagoya I wanted to come here on the way back from visiting Ise. We went to a long-established izakaya (Japanese-style bar), Daijin Honten. Mr. Rui and Mr. Ota visited us too! The rule is that you can get snacks and sashimi on a tray. You can get them on a tray by yourself! You order drinks, oyster butter, grilled oysters with miso, etc. Oyster butter, grilled oysters in earthenware pots with miso sauce, etc. Reservations are required because of the popularity of the restaurant, but but the turnover is fast. I recommend the special order Kamotsuru sake from Daijin. It was cold, so we had it hot 🍶 and it went great with oyster 🦪 butter and miso grilled oysters! Oysters go great with butter and miso grilled oysters.

School Trip for Adults to Ise-Toba We went to visit Ise... ♪ It's been so many decades, I don't remember. Well, I'm back at the hotel where we stayed! Of course I enjoyed it, and the food too! Tsukiyoshino's Sora - Unoakiromi Nama Sake This is my first time to buy Tsukiyoshino's sake, but recently I've been seeing it a lot at Sakegawa. I often see it at Sake-no-Wa, so I got it! I'll visit a sake brewery in Ueda sometime! Fruity aroma When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by its sweetness and flavor. Good balance of sweet and savory It's pretty good, let's drink it again! The third one is homemade Yuzu Daikon! I make it whenever I can get my hands on some yuzu. I make it by eye so it can be sweet or sour 😅 but it's delicious 😋. It can be sweet or sour😅but it's delicious😋.

Genmai Special Honjozo Nama Sake It's been a long time since I've had Genshu Mai. I used to be able to buy it at Seibu Ikebukuro. But the store has changed since then😅. I don't see a lot of ale-soaked unpasteurized sake. But it's fresh and delicious as always 😋.
