Kido Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling I drank this one last year. First of all, the bottle is completely champagne🍾. Yamadanishiki 50%, low alc. 14 degrees. Cosy and perfect for a hot day. ‼️ Champagne 🥂 in a glass. I'm going to drink it in a glass! From now on, I'm definitely going to be drinking more and more schwashy wine that goes down my throat. Otter Blue 🫐. First time getting a reimported sake from the US NY brewery! I'll have to try this one 😁. The rice is Yamadanishiki imported from Japan. They hope to grow their own sake rice in America in the future! It has a mix of umami and sourness, with the sourness prevailing. But the reimported product costs more than twice as much as regular Junmai sake. and it seems to be selling well in the US 🇺🇸 Well, it's ok😅.

A casual stop at a store in Tokyo Station I found this surprise. The store didn't expect it to be in stock. One bottle per person, a little expensive! It seems to be Hasegawa's limited edition sake, H-type means Hasegawa? It's sparkling like a sparkling wine, but it doesn't blow up. It's sparkling, but it doesn't blow up. The first sip has a tangy citrus flavor on the tip of the tongue. The sweetness lingers on the palate with a tangy citrus flavor on the tip of the tongue. Low alcohol content at 12%. Suitable for an aperitif or dessert sake. I had it with light dishes such as sashimi. Hatsuson Kaito 2236 Jun Daigin Genshu 2236? That's the height of Mt. It's a sake brewed in the headwaters of the Chokai Mountains. A glass paired with Imi! Well, it has a nice mouthfeel and just the right amount of acidity. The acidity runs from sweetness to sweetness 😅😅, it's as good as Imi's. Ate no salted fish, long time no see, delicious 😋. Tetorigawa Ishikawa Support Sake Junmai Nama Nama Shakitto Dry As the name suggests, this sake is crisp and dry. It has a nice sharpness and goes well with sashimi! Reminds me of the chairman I met at the last Kawagoe event. It reminds me of the chairman of the board. The calm letters of Tedorigawa Is it handwritten by the chairman?
