First bottle after returning from Shikoku Hirotogawa Omachi Nama Sake So they have a new nama sake this year 😁. Pale purple label 🏷️ Fresh and sweet like a white grape! Serve with spring cabbage 🥬, squid 🦑 with cod roe Sliced tomatoes 🍅, chilled tofu, etc. I ate a little too much in Shikoku. I ate too much in Shikoku, so I ate mostly light snacks 😅. Home is good after all! First time drinking at home in a long time 614

Adult School Trip #8 #12 Extravaganza After successfully completing the pilgrimage, we had a spare day left. The Sightseeing😊. Speaking of Tokushima, you can't miss the Awaodori dance: ⁉️ After riding the Bizan ropeway 🚡, we visited the Awaodori Kaikan and saw the Awaodori dance on stage. Awaodori Kaikan, and then we went to the stage to see the real thing. We were shown the real thing on stage, and at the end, we all danced the Awa Odori dance together. Awa Odori dance with everyone at the end 😊It's hard to dance with my backside. In the evening, we went to a local pub near the hotel. Last supper: bonito salt tataki and grilled Awa chicken! Sake was Miyoshikiku Junmai, refreshing and delicious . There were many narrow roads in the mountains and small villages on this pilgrimage, so we had to use both the rental car's navigation system and my wife's cell phone navigation system. There are so many places to visit in Shikoku 😅. Now let's go back home at ✈️ 😊.

Adult School Trip #8 #11 The driving pilgrimage ended with the last #1, Reizan-ji Temple. Successfully completed the pilgrimage, 1600 km in 12 days😊. I'm no match for those on foot. Steep, steep, narrow roads at numerous mountain temples The endless Kochi coastline 88 unique temples related to Kobo Daishi The food and drink along the way I'm grateful for all the memories I've had along the way. On the last day, we stayed at #7 Jurakuji temple. Comfortable private room with two meals At dinner, those who drink are allowed to drink beer 🍺OK😊. I got it in my room at the nearby Naruto Tai Sake Brewery. There were a lot of gaijin tours visiting. Sudachi-shu, 9 degrees, light and delicious 😋. I've had sudachi shochu, but never sudachi sake 🍶! Next morning, I went to bed early to prepare for the morning service at 6:30 a.m. in the main hall. I went to bed early 🛌 in preparation for the morning service at the main hall at 6:30 the next morning. Hanahayo Brewery Miyamanishiki Jun Daigin Polished 40 A pure Daigin of Hanaohyokyu, no doubt about it! Fresh, fruity and deliciously sweet! The cherry blossoms are finally in full bloom, two weeks late. The attached is Ueno Park ⛲️ and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! But there are so many foreigners 😅 Of course, no banquet 🥳, everyone walk around but some people are drinking at the edge of the park. And I tried to compare the Gin Kame, my favorite sake in Shinshu Kamerei, with the Gin Kame. Miyamanishiki, which is the same as Gin Kame, my favorite sake from Shinshu Kamerei. It was a blissful time, I won't say which one is better than the other. I won't say which one is better, I like them both. ❤️ Home drinking 611

Mr. Ota recommended Kishida-ya, a long-established restaurant visited with a friend One of the three best simmered dishes in Tokyo! The nikomi and nuta were indeed delicious! Sake was hot Kiku-Masamune! But it's so narrow that you often hit the back of the person behind you. often hit the back of the person behind you 😆. The lady is the only one serving the customers. So she's busy and doesn't smile. The recommended tofu is too salty! That's all.

The cherry blossoms at a nearby elementary school are only in third bloom. The blooming cherry blossoms have already fallen, which is strange, I'll drink a toast to those fallen petals 🥂. Senkori Organic Naturals Dobrok New variety for the first time this year, since everyone is drinking it. I called the local liquor store and they said they had a last one. I rushed to pick it up😅. It's my first try this year and it's more like Doburoku than the ZERO nigori I've had so far. It's more doburoku-like than the previous ZERO nigori. When I opened the bottle, it didn't blow out, It didn't blow out, but lightly mixed with the oli at the bottom. It turned out to be a beautiful nigori sake. It is delicious with a delicious sweetness. Nigori is more than Zero Nigori. Finally, chew the rice as if you were chewing it. On another note, this year's summer was too hot and the rice was The rice was too dry and did not dissolve well. The rice was too dry and did not dissolve well, so each sake brewery had a very hard time. It seems that the production was also sluggish. But each sake brewery did their best in their own way. Climate change has had a great impact on sake rice, How about this summer? 608 drinking at home
