Drunken Whale Autumn Agari Jun Daigin Al. 16%, Polishing ratio 45 From the full flavor of the rice. A dry sake with a light acidity from the rich rice flavor. Reminiscent of the Shikoku Pilgrimage six months ago. A corner bar in the basement of Tokyo Station after a long absence. A set of onigiri (rice balls) and a meal! It's not crowded, and the sake bar is nice and quiet. No families or foreigners come in.

He said "Teuchi" means a bottle of sake with all the skills he has. A well-balanced mix of umami and sweetness. You can also taste the rice. Walking in the highlands during the day Tomato curry 🍛 at a mountain lodge on the way A drink after a hot spring in the local area is irresistible😅.

When we visited the brewery in May, we were told that the sake was still in the process of maturing. I was told it was still maturing but the shipping date was undecided. Now it's finally out: ‼️ The nigori is less than last year. But there was a lot more sizzle when the bottle was opened than last year. More than last year. It has a nice sweetness, and it's so good! Delicious sweetness, it's so good!
