It had a slightly effervescent mouthfeel. The flavor was calm and floral. The bitterness at the end had a slight effervescence to it, which made it feel lighter than it was, even though it was 17.5 degrees. It is a figure, stable and delicious.

My favorite brand. Stable balance. Plenty of flavor with a clean finish. The end was more sharp than before, but the taste is stable. It's not always available at the local liquor store, so I tend to buy it when I find it. It is a delicious sake.

I drank it for the first time. Kawanakajima, a sake from Nagano. It's delicious. It's my favorite. It has a mild and solid core flavor. I like the way it finishes with a slight bitterness. But the bitterness is also mild. I like it.

I bought this bottle on the recommendation of a shopkeeper. I can say that I bought it because it was recommended to me, as the label was somewhat uninteresting. The aroma was fruity, and the taste was delicious, with the sweetness being the most apparent. As I continued to drink it, I felt that the strength of the sweetness was a bit "lumpy", so it might be a good idea to drink it on different days. Come to think of it, I think I mentioned that the second day after opening the bottle is the best. The sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, Ishikawamon, is pushed to the forefront, but I really thought that if they could make the label a little more stylish, we would be able to find a delicious sake without depending on chance.

This is my first bottle of Bijou after taking some time off after the New Year holidays. I was hoping to buy Fudo at the store I visited today, but they only had one bottle, so I gave up. Instead, they recommended this one. My impression was that it had the taste of a Kochi sake. It was light, dry, and a little tangy. I thought, "This is not like Fudo-kei," but I guess this is the kind of sake we should drink.

The description says it is a full-bodied sake, but it is a delicious sake with a refreshing umami flavor that finishes relatively dry and is easy to drink. The umami gives the taste of plumpness and richness of the rice, and yet the taste is not grainy, but pleasant. There is no element of bitterness, so it is a sake to be enjoyed neat with a meal. I would definitely buy this one if I could find a different lineup.

The first bottle of the new year was this sake. I would like to increase my memory of the taste of the Shokuban style. Relatively speaking, they all taste similar, but this one has a mild sweetness and acidity that matches the name "natural sake". The pink of the label and the transparent bottle was a good sake that matched the mood of the new year.

With sukiyaki at the end of the year. My first Nabeshima. It was more refreshing than I expected. It had a slight effervescence, and it was tasty and clean through the throat. I think it was a good match with dishes with strong flavors. I found out at the end of the year that many liquor stores a short distance from my hometown carry it, so I'd like to try a different lineup in the future.

First day of the holiday. The highlight of my sake life, which I've been firmly hooked on this year. It's still delicious. Gohyakumangoku, sake degree ±0. It has a refreshing aroma, a delicious taste, and a bitter taste when you swallow it. The bitter taste at the end is my favorite. I've had several seasonal sakes throughout the year, and there is no doubt that this brand is always delicious. I look forward to trying it again next year.

There was a commemorative version of Amabuki that I had a good impression of the other day, so I bought it. I thought it had a refreshing aftertaste because it was a daiginjo, but I found out that it was an aluzoe. I didn't know that there was such a sake. I was able to drink it with a good impression without the sticky feeling I often get with aluzoe. It is easy to drink because you can feel the flavor in the mouth and it ends nicely.

The taste was as good as I expected. I think the strong yet soft flavor is due to the 15 degrees, but it's just right. It was a good choice for the Christmas Eve season, and I thought it was a good choice for KID. It was a good, satisfying, and tasty drink with a strong flavor. I'm sure it will be a brand I'll have the same impression of when I drink it again.

The Hagi no Tsuru I've been interested in for a while now, since it came recommended by Sake no Wa. I thought I would be happy if I liked it. It was my favorite. It has a quietly gorgeous aroma and a mellow flavor. The final throat hit is not exactly the same as the neat and sharp point with a typical Tohoku image, but it was a delicious sake that matches during meals. I would like to try it when I find it based on your recommendation. It was a good buy this time😊.

I've been seeing this Akatake at Sake-no-Wa for a while now, and I've always wanted to try it. The other day, I unexpectedly found it at a sake shop in a non-local area and bought it. My first Akatake. Refreshingly gorgeous and promising aroma. Slightly fizzy feeling. It is easy to drink with its clear mouthfeel and 15 degrees Celsius. At the end, it's not quite bitter, but it's close to that impression. I thought it was a sake with a good balance of volume and lightness.

I drank "Natsu Yago" in summer and was impressed by this brand. Tonbo has a series depending on the season. This one is dry and refreshing, but not dry, and has a little sweetness when you swallow. It was not as good as the Summer Yago because it did not fit as well during the meal. The label pops, which is good for this series.

It is delicious. This is my third purchase of "Fudo". It has become a brand that I can never go wrong with. It has a nice aroma that raises expectations. The flavor is strong. A little tangy and mildly bitter when swallowing. I like it.

The bright label and reasonable price attracted me to buy this. It's good as a light sake that can be drunk while eating. The aroma, or rather the nuance that you feel when you hold it in your mouth, has a strong grainy feel, and if possible, it would be better if it was firm and refreshing. GOKYO, which came out a while ago, seemed to be in the same bright line. I'd really like to try the regular lineup, but I haven't really encountered any. I thought it was a good sake for the price.

I hadn't actually purchased Yuki no Kayasha before because I often see it at the liquor store in my neighborhood. I understand that a thatch house is a hut with a thatch roof. It is said that it represents the winter scenery of the land. It was a delicious sake that you can enjoy beautiful flavor nicely. It doesn't have a strong punch or characteristic part, so it can be drunk cold and sous vide. I thought I would try the Yamahai next time.

Delicious. This was a bite. It was a brand I saw relatively often at my local liquor store. I was not that attracted by the label, so I bought it for the first time. It's delicious. It is an excellent sake to drink with meals. It has a mellow flavor and a refreshing feel in the throat. I think the fact that it's only 15 degrees is another factor that makes it easy to drink. I wonder if it's especially so because it's the first Shibori, but I'd love to try the rest of the lineup. It is refreshing, but has a delicious and satisfying taste. The punch is gentle. It's a sake that will keep you coming back for more.

My sensitivity to the flavors of sake has been increasing. I drank Gikyo thinking that this would be the one I would like. While I could feel the goodness of the unpasteurized sake, I thought it was a little different from my taste. When I looked it up, I found out that the sake rice, Gohyakumangoku, gives it a light, refreshing taste. So far, I've found that I like the kind with a lot of umami and a bitter aftertaste, so I thought it would be good if I could find a sake with a light, dry taste once in a while. And this one is Gohyakumangoku, so I guess that's exactly what it is. It was just a sake that I thought was delicious!
