I wanted to buy this honored chrysanthemum when I found it. It was delicious. It has a mellow flavor between apricot and peach, and the low alcohol content of 14% makes it easy to drink. I paired it with grilled fish and steamed sudare shellfish, and enjoyed drinking it.

I looked this one up online as well. It looks like it's been around for about 2 years. It seems to be an autumn sake, so I guess that means it is not available at this time of the year. I will try to buy it when I see it.

My first brand. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, shipped in August. The same feeling that made me want to drink summer sake (nama-sake) during hiyaoroshi last year came back this year, so I bought it again. Nama sake is delicious. It has a voluptuous flavor with a light, effervescent mouthfeel. It was delicious.

My favorite Shichida. Aizan. It has a calm taste like hiyaoroshi. Although I think it is not hiyaoroshi for my taste, it is a seasonal sake, and I buy it when I find it on sale at my favorite stores. I think it is a well-balanced and cost-effective sake for a mealtime drink.

I bought it because it was on the store's recommendation board. I was looking forward to drinking it because it was also recommended by Sake-no-Wa. Delicious! I imagined it would have a strong acidity and peculiar taste because it was made from the same sake yeast, but it was full of flavor, gorgeous, and had no peculiar taste. It was rather refreshing, and I thought it was a hit. I would definitely like to try the other lineups.

My favorite brand figure! All of the seasonal lineups are delicious and have great sake certifications that you can't go wrong with. Again, delicious! It has a voluminous umami flavor, and the end of the drink is very good in that it closes with a sizzling, almost bitter taste.

I had been meaning to buy this brand for a while, but had put it off. The back of the bottle said that it had a strong acidity, so I drank it to see how it would be. It was good. If it were stronger than this, it would taste like plum wine or apricot wine, but the moderate acidity makes it sweet and sour with a characteristic that is easy to drink. It is delicious.

Kangiku, which I haven't purchased in a while. I knew this brand was good! As I have somewhat reduced the amount of alcohol I drink this year for health reasons, I began to think that it is right to buy something that I can be sure tastes good. Although the opportunities for new discoveries will decrease. Kangiku is delicious. It has a characteristic flavor and bitterness even when it is fire-aged. It is good.

I was born and raised in Tochigi, but I am not related to Tochigi. I bought for the first time a brand I had been wanting to buy because I find Tochigi's sake, especially figure, to be delicious. It was delicious. I found the sweetness to be mellow and soothing. It was soft and fluffy sweetness, not light and soft to drink. I would like to buy another lineup.

This is a brand of sake from Tochigi that I had been meaning to buy sometime ago, but hadn't. This is not a standard product, but a seasonal one, but it was very good, and the taste is properly suited for summer. Refreshingly tasty. It has a fresh apple aroma and a gentle, elegant sweetness and bubbles. Gentle and elegant sweetness with a full-bodied flavor. It is as described on the back of the bottle. 16 degrees is just the right volume and was delicious and enjoyable.

Always a delicious sight. First time in a year for a cool bottle of yukata sukata. Very tasty! Slight bitterness when swallowing after the flavor and flourish. It also goes well with horse mackerel lickety-split and It also went well with menchikatsu 😆.

２回目の南方。 ボリュームのある飲み口で、日本酒を飲んでいる満足感が高いです。いわゆるフルーティ系ではない旨味。 食事とともに美味しく飲み進められます。 和歌山は南の方なので南方という名前もフィットしていて、なかなか好みなお酒です。 色味がわずかにグレーというか紫というか、少し珍しく感じる色味でした。

Nice stylish bottle. It was 15 degrees at this time of year. Drinking it with a sense of anticipation, I wondered if it would be good, and then I found out that it was! It was good! The aroma was good, giving the impression of being a little sweet. The slight bubbles matched the lightness of the 15% alcohol. It is refreshingly delicious when drunk chilled.
