With sukiyaki at the end of the year.
My first Nabeshima. It was more refreshing than I expected. It had a slight effervescence, and it was tasty and clean through the throat. I think it was a good match with dishes with strong flavors.
I found out at the end of the year that many liquor stores a short distance from my hometown carry it, so I'd like to try a different lineup in the future.
