Made with 100% Fukuoka-grown rice. Sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle. When opening the bottle, I was careful to open it slowly, but it spilled a little... It is a cloudy sparkling wine with a cloudy white color and a temperature of 13 degrees Celsius. It has a clear, refreshing sweetness and a bitterness in the latter half, with a grapefruit-like flavor. If it were 15 degrees or higher, it would have more of a sake feel, so the fact that it is made at a lower temperature is a perfect choice for drinking on a hot day. It was perfect to drink with beer followed by teriyaki chicken.

This is what is called a plum wine type. It is sweet and sour, with a slight Western liquor taste. I drank it with grilled and boiled fish in a boar cup, but I think it would go well with pizza if drunk in a wine glass. The picture of a cicada and a shell is cute. It is a little like the sound of cicadas. It is a good sake for the approaching summer.

There is no doubt about the appearance. It was delicious. I like the way the flavor comes in and finishes with a bit of bitterness. There are various versions of TATA, but I think this is a common characteristic of all of them. The label is also good.

Urakasumi is sold everywhere. It has a strong graininess, giving the impression of old-fashioned sake. Maybe it doesn't go well with cold sake. The sake did not go down well.

Aomori rice makushitsu. What an honest name! It is crisp with a delicious flavor. It was a delicious sake. The somewhat rugged feeling may be because it is called "Mashigura". It was a delicious sake.

They say it is a blend. The label and the words on it are attractive. The taste is quite punchy, like it is sake. On the rocks, it became mellower and easier to drink.

This is the kind of summer raw sake feeling I had, I thought. Plenty of umami, sweet and mouth-watering. The aroma is refreshingly gorgeous. It is not heavy on the throat, but it is just right for me if I drink it neat on the rocks. I was interested in the unusual name and label, and I am glad it is a delicious sake.

It seems to be the original brand name, the same as the brewery name of my favorite brand "Shichida". I was looking forward to it as it came out in March. On the first day, it was fizzy and a little heavy with a "sake" feel to it. Today, on the second day, the fizzy feeling subsided, but the direction was still heavy. I don't dislike it, but I confirmed that I prefer "Shichida".

Three-day weekend. In the latter half of February, my family members tested positive for corona sequentially, and I was also determined to be "deemed" positive. I was fortunate that I recovered without too much severity, but I was disappointed that only sake, and only sake, tasted somehow different from before. Still, it did not taste very bad, so I was drinking it with the feeling that I was cured. I felt a little recovered from the strange sensation with this 寫 easy,. Not a record of taste, but a smear.... Just a reminder.

This was a brand that I wanted to drink if I had the chance. As the name "Kasumi" suggests, the sake was slightly cloudy. It was delicious, with a refreshingly gorgeous aroma and a clean, sweet taste. It was not the image of a Niigata sake, but I liked it.

This is a brand that I have been interested in for a long time. The label is lovely. I was wondering why it had a stone on it, but it says, "A cup that throws a stone. I see. On the first day of opening the bottle, the aroma and taste seemed to be tightly closed, so I couldn't really appreciate it. I thought it was a refreshing sake that would not interfere with a meal. Light and refreshing. On the second day, it seemed to unwind, and tasted better than the day before. Although it was a very light sake, I could feel the goodness of the raw sake and the strong flavor. I don't drink a lot of sake from Ibaraki Prefecture, but the neighboring Tochigi prefecture, with the figure at the top of the list, had a taste I liked. It wasn't my favorite, but I'm glad I was able to drink it well over two days.

Delicious. Although it is 15 degrees, it was quite a hearty drink. The aroma is mildly gorgeous. It has a crisp, slightly fizzy flavor. It was a mellow and rich sake that reminded me of plump rice.
