MayukoIt has a calm taste, a subtle aroma, and a moderate sweetness. Not much acidity and a moderate bitterness at the end 😊 Well-balanced sake. Good as a food sake 🥰.
Recently I have been cooking with a special microwave cooker called MUTEKI RENGE. It can cook fish 🐟, fried eggplant, etc. with very little oil, and is really convenient with little to wash 😆.
