It's been a while since I've had "Kido" 😊. The price (1,155 yen including tax) is very reasonable for your pocketbook 😆 The aroma is subtle like melon🍈. Soft at first, then immediately bitter and sharp. ❣️ It is a perfect sake for a hot day. It's perfect for a hot day 😄. The cactus and lily of the valley in my garden ☺️ had been growing like ivy on a dead tree, but when I came home after work on a rainy, windy day, they had peeled off 😂 It was worth getting soaked in the rain and tying them up with string, and they bloomed 🥰.

This is my first post on Sentori, but I have had it several times. ☺️ This time I had "Mukun". Mukaku" means "plain" or "unadulterated" in Japanese. The alcohol content is 14 degrees, and it has a sweet and umami taste with a refreshing acidity that makes it very easy to drink and keeps you going. We enjoyed it very much 😊.

The other day I visited Hattori Noen Hydrangea House in Mobara City, Chiba Prefecture. I saw a veritable sea🌊 of hydrangeas. My first "Ishizuchi" from Ehime 😊. I told the shopkeeper that I like mild, slightly aromatic, slightly sweet and sharp, and he recommended this one. It is a very easy to drink sake. This is a fire-brewed version of my favorite "Hitogokochi" from Nagano Prefecture🥰. It has an exquisite and pleasant fruity aroma that is not too floral. It has a nice crisp aftertaste with a hint of gas, and is fresh and fresh like a new sake, so it is delicious. ❣️ My son came home and said, "Mom, I found some Kamerei and bought it. Yuki Sake Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture, whose brewery was completely destroyed by fire in May 2022. In our previous post, we posted a junmai ginjo that could be called a married couple's competition, using the exact same specifications and Omachi rice at the exact same time of year, but with different breweries, water, and brewers. This time we had the "Chimio" version, brewed by Michiko, the wife and toji (master brewer) of the brewery. The water is hard water. This version had a more refreshing taste and was a little less fruity and juicy. My preference was President Urasato's version. Thank you 😊. I will continue to drink and support 📣📣 the Yuki Brewery in their efforts to rebuild. ☺️

In May 2022, an unexpected fire destroyed the Yuki Sake Brewery in Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The brewery owner and his wife, Michiko, the toji (master brewer), worked as a brewer at Raifuku Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture and at Sanzenzakura Brewery in faraway Hokkaido, respectively, and borrowed facilities at both breweries. The two breweries brewed a junmai ginjo using Omachi rice with exactly the same specifications and at the same time of year. The breweries, the water, and the brewers were all different, but the result was a married couple's competition. This time we were served the version with President Urasato as the brewmaster. 😊 The water is soft💦 with a freshly pressed fruity flavor and a gentle sweetness. Not too sweet and sharp, I really liked the taste. 🥰 I recently celebrated my birthday and sake has been cheering me up more and more. 😆 😆 The last flower is a photo from the Clematis exhibition in Tsukuba, Japan. There were many kinds of clematis and it was a lot of fun. I was very happy to see so many different kinds of clematis 😄.

Good evening Mayuko 🌛. I opened the same bottle on May 2nd and it is delicious 😋. It's more like wine than sake, but it's easy to drink after sweating on a hot day. I'm just afraid of the 16% 😅.

Yamadanishiki produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture. I prefer "Hitogokochi" from Nagano Prefecture, as it leaves a little sweetness in my mouth. I like it better than "Hitogochiki" from Nagano Prefecture 😄. Recently, I have been into fermented foods, and salted yogurt is especially delicious. It's great on tomatoes🍅, cheese🧀, or as a snack with alcohol. I love it 🥰.

Yesterday's sake was "Kankoubai". The season of red plum blossoms is coming to an end, and white plum blossoms are becoming more common. It has a subtle aroma and a gentle sweetness. It was mild and my favorite flavor. My medicine is sake, and I am very lucky that I am over 60 years old and do not have to take any medicine at all. ☺️ Have a nice day everyone. ❣️

As always, Shinshu Kamerei is delicious. I especially like Hitokochi. My son drank it for the first time and said, "Delicious! I am currently on a trip to Atami for the first time in a while. The weather is great and I am with my friend's two sons, so traveling with young people is especially fun. We are having a really happy time with the hospitality of the hotel, which also celebrated the 60th birthday of my friend. Thank you very much. 🥰

Ota-no-Tani is located in the Ota district in the northern part of the Yatsugo district of Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, in the Yatsugo Basin at the eastern foot of Mount Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture. This year, the rice used for the brewing was especially good, and I thought it was the most delicious of all the Watanohs I've had so far. ❣️ It was elegant and full of flavor, not too sweet and aromatic. 🥰

This is my first "Tasake". 🥰 This one was just right for my taste ❣️. The aroma and taste are all very pleasant, mild and delicious. I compared it with the Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki (summer) with the Nebuta Festival label, which has a big impact, but my husband and I both preferred the special Junmai sake "Tasake" 😊. Usually my husband and I have different tastes, but this was a rare occasion when we agreed 😁.
