Sake rice is organically grown Kame-no-o. The alcohol content is 13 degrees. There is quite a bit of oli in the bottle 😊. Fermentation is going on in the bottle, so a stopper with holes is used to release carbon dioxide gas. It has a very dry mouthfeel and was refreshing to drink during this hot summer 😄. The last photo is of the nearby Fuse Benten. When my children were young, there was a playground near this Fuse Benten, so we used to go there often 😊 It was very nostalgic 🥰.

Mayuko, good morning here too☀. I've never seen a cap with a hole to allow carbon dioxide to escape 💡. The fermentation process is going to change the flavor depending on when you drink it 😋. The shrine pavilion is magnificent, just like the three major Kanto Benten shrines ✨.
