Mayuko
The name of this sake is "Daichi". The label says that it has a soft hue that evokes the image of a generous earth, but I imagine a gorgeous phoenix flapping its wings 😆. It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from Omachi, which is produced in the Akaban area of Okayama Prefecture, a famous production area that attracts many famous breweries from all over Japan. The aroma is gorgeous, and the flavor spreads as you take a sip, making it "delicious~❣️. It is full-bodied and has a nice slight bitterness. The third photo is of a carp in the spring-fed pond at Kashima Jingu Shrine, which is very clear and transparent. ☺️ The last photo is the last of the lilies in our house, a gift from a friend the year before last, and a mountain lily. The mountain lilies have become the flower of our town. ☺️

Good morning Mayuko 😃. I like the collaboration between Houou Mida and the flowers 😊. Also, the picture of the koi, it looks like it's on the ground. I had to look twice😅.

Good morning, Harry😄. Thanks for your comment. I was really surprised ‼️😳 at the carp in the spring water pond. I also had a cup of coffee ☕️ made with spring water at the teahouse here and it tasted very refreshing 😊.

Good morning, Pon-chan. ☺️ In the old days, people used to do misogi before praying at this "Mitasaraike" pond😊It is said that more than 400,000 liters of spring water comes out every day. The power spot of "Kashima Jingu" ❣️ but there are some stairs there... I had to fight against my body to get up there 🤣.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. ☺️ There are so many varieties of Houou Mita that it's hard to decide which one to drink 😄I let the owner of my favorite store choose for me... 😆 Please take care of the sake from Ibaraki prefecture too. 😉 😉

Hi Mayuko! This was the first time I saw a bottle of Houou Mita, but I'm suddenly interested when it's depicted with real Omachi 😁. As others have said, the pond is really clear and the koi seem to be happy 😊.

Good evening, Jive-san: ☺️ The taste of sake varies a lot depending on the sake rice 😊Little by little, I'm getting to know the sake rice I like ☺️ I was surprised that the picture of Mitarashi Pond was much more beautiful than the one in the photo ‼️ 😆.
