A summer-only sake. Made with "Comet" from Hokkaido.
The label feels like a starry sky on a summer night🌌.
It is the first Chrysanthemum.
It tastes sweet at first and has a unique flavor.
I would prefer it to be a bit more sharp, but I would like to try it in various ways. ☺️
The last picture is a lunch at an old house cafe, which I've been into recently. All the dishes are gentle tastes that I can eat even if my appetite is down after summer fatigue ☀️. There are many kinds of dishes, so I could enjoy various tastes such as sour and spicy. You can refill the rice and miso soup. Of course, I had both refills 😆.
