I wanted to try the "Koshi apple" 🍎 that you posted. The malic acid is the main ingredient that gives it its apple taste, and the yeast that produces a lot of malic acid is Association 77 yeast. This malic acid is "a delicious acid when chilled", so we drank it very chilled 😆. It is mild, with moderate sweetness and acidity. The umami spreads in the mouth and it is "delicious 🥰". It is the best for this hot season. ‼️ The last photo was taken at ⛩️, a shrine where you can feel cool in the heat. I went to Hirohata Hachiman Shrine. The approach to the shrine was quiet and very cool ☺️

Good evening, Mayuko 🌛. I found "Koshi Ringo" the other day and regretted not buying it, so I will definitely try again 😁. It's been so hot that I've been feeling danger to myself, but thanks to your pictures of Hirohata Hachiman Shrine, I feel cooler 😊.
