The new brand "Datot Betsuboui Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake," which is available only at retailers, is said to have been experimentally brewed by the brewer in pursuit of an unknown taste and aroma.
The brewing water is a medium-hard water from the Katsura River.
It has a slight sweetness and a refreshing sourness like apple acidity, and is light for its 17.5° alcohol content.
The picture in the back is from when I stopped by my son's place for the first time in a while and went to the nearby Hikawa Shrine 😊.
The ramen was very tasty 🍜 and was made with boiled and dried noodles 🥰.
