It's amazing that he came all the way from Hong Kong to this restaurant. but to carry around this acuta with him! Isn't it amazing how much he loves Sake? And the taste? It certainly has a sour taste. ❗️ The bottle had not yet been opened, so it had a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It had a freshness that is typical of unpasteurized sake. Sweet and sour and delicious! I had a satisfying lunchtime drink with the avocado sakataki as a side dish I was able to enjoy a satisfying lunchtime drink!
