Bida is very good at making sweet sake.
We have nothing but high expectations!

100% Sake Mirai, 50% polished, 16-17% alcohol by volume
You can tell even from just one sip!
The sweetness is reminiscent of Jyushiyo.
I was impressed that it is a quintessential Mita.
I wanted to drink a little more 😭
