I suddenly decided to review my diet and joined a 10-day program in early March to eat brown rice with cereal & miso soup with a variety of ingredients 🍚 (no alcohol, caffeine or snacks during the program 😉 ). So, for the time being, I'll be posting the unposted... Sashi-Drinking with Childhood Friends (continued) Third drink 🍶🍶🍶🍶. Nara "Mimuro Cedar Dio Abita We agreed on the sake we wanted to drink and decided to share 🍶! Gentle taste of Yamada Nishiki 😊Alcohol content is 13 degrees even though it's a pure sake! 👀My childhood friend poured me a glass and it was delicious... 😌. The 🌀 at the end of the kataguchi is "Iburi Daikon Cream Cheese" and I wanted to try to imitate it ✨! I'm very curious about the white bottle of "No.6 X-type" that is always in view, diagonally to the left... 🤣 ~~~ The third photo is This is my breakfast one day in early March 🍚😋.

She passed away at the age of 104... 😇 I put a photo of my mother, who had difficulty going out, in her bag and said goodbye with her... 🙏. Before boarding the bullet train 🚄 on the way home, I went to a store on the ticket gate floor of Koriyama station to have a drink from Fukushima! I chose Bandai-cho "Eisen Risshun Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo" 🍶. Junmai Sake Hanpukai October Shiga "Kyokujitsu" special junmai sake 🍶. Ingredient rice: Ginbukiyo Yeast: Shiga Prefecture yeast (newly developed, no name yet) I received rainbow trout as a gift from a friend, so I thought 🤔 what kind of sake would go well with it... 👍this sake goes well with freshwater fish. The pleasant ginjo aroma and the umami of the rice spread out plumply, and the sake finished with a lingering aftertaste 🥰. The hanpukai has a lot of challenging sakes, and the toji's picture (even his age 👀!) is included. The sake is also accompanied by the toji's photo (even his age 👀!) so you can drink it while seeing the brewer's face 🥰. I heard that the Fujii Honke brewery is a magnificent zelkova-style brewery, and I'd love to visit! Rainbow trout was served in aqua pazza style with takikomi rice 😋. Note for myself 📝. Ginfubuki...with Yamadanishiki as mother and Tamakae as father

mamiko🤗 I thought that rainbow trout could be simply grilled with salt, but I searched for a recipe and made it 😋. The lineup of GUITO! that mamiko is participating in is also beautiful ✨ I would love to drink some Tenpyo ✨.

Aaru Sake Hello 🐰 Fujii Honke is my recommended brewery ✨ The building of the brewery is awesome and they sell about 20 different types of 180ml, so I don't think there is any other set where you can compare all types of drinks. Please visit there 😆🎶.
