Memorial Sake (1) The other day, I went to Koriyama, Fukushima for my maternal grandmother's funeral! She passed away at the age of 104... 😇 I put a photo of my mother, who had difficulty going out, in her bag and said goodbye with her... 🙏. Before boarding the bullet train 🚄 on the way home, I went to a store on the ticket gate floor of Koriyama station to have a drink from Fukushima! I chose Bandai-cho "Eisen Risshun Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo" 🍶. Yeast: Utsukushima sparkling yeast Rice/100% Miyamanishiki produced in Aizu Polishing ratio: 55 It has a nice ginjo aroma, sweetness, and a clear taste that is deeply delicious 😊. Assorted three kinds of snacks Squid and carrot pickled kipper with Japanese pepper pickled salmon in malted rice

Thank you, Haruei Chichi 🙏. I know it must have been difficult for my grandmother who grew up in Tokyo to marry into a rice farmer in Fukushima (she experienced the Great Kanto Earthquake and the Great East Japan Earthquake...), but it was a nice and peaceful departure😇.
