Today is Sake Day, so I opened a limited edition Collage Sake Mirai. The first sip is very sweet with a nice aroma of rice 🤔, the aftertaste is slowly getting more and more delicious, with a little bitterness 🤔. It's a little different from the usual kuraku, but it was definitely delicious ☺️🎶.

A souvenir from my friend's trip to Okinawa🍶. I heard they are almost out of stock right now 😅💦 because it's time to stock up. I heard the liquor store was closed too, but I called and they even opened it for me and bought it for me 😭✨. It's not easy to find Okinawan 🍶, so I'm grateful ☺️🎶. I opened the bottle and smelled the alcohol😃I took a sip and it felt like it was going down my throat and into my chest 😳It's 16 degrees but it works 🤣. I got another bottle so I'll continue later 😁.

The third bottle for the farewell party was everyone's favorite 🎶Kita no Katsu🍶🎶. This year, I found a store where I could buy it, so I was able to stock up on 2 bottles of 1.5 liter and 2 bottles of 4.5 liter ❣️😁✨. This year's Kitanokatsu was also stable and delicious☺️The flavor of the rice and the sake was full of flavor. I'm glad it was enjoyed by everyone🎶.

Hokkaido is completely autumn 🍁 with crazy cold mornings and evenings, and the daytime is getting easier to spend 😅💦. Today I opened the second bottle with kimchi nabe (๑>◡<๑) Riestyle Yamahai Special Junmai Unfiltered Hi-ire 🍶. I ordered this for the first time since my monthly hanpukai is at a liquor store in Mie 😁The label is so cute with a furry little girl 💕. It's refreshingly dry and has a nice sharp taste❣️It was delicious☺️✨.

Souvenir from a friend who went back home to Kanagawa 🍶. It's my first time in Tokyo 😁🎶. This product was created to commemorate the "Studio Ghibli Toshio Suzuki: The Magic of Words" exhibition, which will be held at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa from July 27 (Fri) to August 25 (Sat). The brand name "Toshimaya Juemon" is the name of the founder of Toshimaya Honten. The title of the label was written by Toshio Suzuki, and the draft of the seal was written by Hayao Miyazaki, the director of Studio Ghibli. It has a high alcohol content of 18 degrees 😃It is moderately dry and has a nice sharp taste ✨. My second son went back home for a memorial service ☺️Guests enjoyed it with shabu-shabu 😁🎶.

We got a bottle of Misoginomai special junmai sake🍶 limited to Kikonai-cho, Hokkaido, so we opened it while my second son was here 😁🎶. Dry with a touch of alcohol 🍶This is my husband's favorite 😅💦It's so spicy because he's been drinking so much sweetness lately 🤣💦. But after finishing a glass of wine, it's kind of addictive spicy 🤔️🤔. I never get tired of drinking it and ended up drinking 5 glasses and getting somewhat drunk😅I had a good night's sleep 😴😴😴😴😴😴😴.

The second bottle is the Wind Forest Akitsuho 507🎶. The lid flew open with a swoosh 😁💦. A sweet pear flavor 🍶 but the aftertaste is delicious with a strong flavor left in the mouth ☺️💕. Every kind of Kaze no Mori is delicious in its own way👍✨.

It's already autumn in Hokkaido 💦 with cool mornings and evenings. I can't wait to drink some summer sake 😅Finally opened a bottle of Akabu SEA🎶! Stylish yakiniku✨Ahijo and this month's hanpukai snack of tiger prawns 🦐. The aroma was subdued, crisp and sweet 🎶 it was 28°C during the day, so it was easy to drink and delicious 😁💕 with low alcohol and crazy gulpable 😁💕.

Commemorative 100 check-ins 🍶✨ I was confused, but opened a bottle of Tamitsu Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki (*≧≦*) while eating Chanchan-yaki >* ))))>< Tamitsu really is insanely delicious ☺️✨. The aroma, umami, and sweetness of the rice spreading softly 💕 It's like the taste lasts forever until it disappears from your mouth 🥰It's one of my top 5 favorite sake I've had so far 💕💕💕💕. I'm glad I bought it even though it's expensive 🎶. The fun days of drinking sake with dinner are over 😂I'll be opening the rest little by little 😅🍶💦.

The third bottle was a Junmai Daiginjo from my cousin, Ryu Noizumi Junmai Daiginjo Toma Jongyudo Aged 🍶. It's a limited edition sake that was slowly matured over the winter in a limestone cave, a perfect environment for maturing 😳. Rather peculiar taste 🤔 with a very bitter aftertaste😅. It's like nothing I've tasted recently 💦. 6 of us drank 11 liters of draft beer, a bottle of sake, and 2 bottles of yongo ‼️Who would have thought we drank that much... 🤣💦.

The second bottle at the cousins' party was Harushika Super Dry 🍶, a gift from my son in Nara, Japan. The first sip was refreshing and easy to drink, but the second sip had a very sharp and dry aftertaste 😳. Too spicy for me 😅💦.

Today, I'm going to have a grilled meat 🥓 at the cousins' party. Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45 opened (*^o^*) It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Ottersai🎶It was the one that got me hooked on Sake 🍶I remember being surprised when I first drank a Sake that didn't smell like alcohol and had such a sweet and delicious rice flavor 🤔. It still tastes as good as ever, even my cousin and his wife were surprised when they drank it for the first time 😁✨✨✨✨.

Report that my oldest son got the girl of his dreams 🥹. This is a happy occasion 🎉I excitedly opened the second bottle of Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo✨. It's fruity, sweet and juicy ☺️✨ from the tingling gassy sensation. Holy crap, it's so good I could drink as much as I want! I still have a long way to go, so tomorrow is a rest day😅💦. I'll save it for the grilled meat on the 12th❣️.
