さとやんThis month's hanpukai, Early Spring Special Junmai Summer Boulud✨. For snacks, natural rock oysters from Minami Ise town🦪 were super huge and grilled 😅💦. It smells so sweet 🎶but when you drink it, it doesn't feel so sweet and smooth 😃It's easy to drink 🎶. I drank the rest 3 days later, today 🍶. Oh my!!! It's getting sweeter and tastier ☺️. And when it gets to the end at the bottom, it's so cloudy and pure white❣️and even sweeter🎶. I wonder if I should shake it and drink it❣️🤔 It was my first time and I was a bit surprised 😀. But I enjoyed it 😁🎶.

さとやんToday I opened my first oriental beauty that my friend gave me😃🎶. It smells crazy good✨. It's sweet and then it hits your nose. It is a daiginjo, but it is very tasty and full of flavor 🎶🎶. Scallop sashimi, udo vinegared miso, yam with ume paste❣️ It was the perfect accompaniment for today's meal 😆.

さとやんThis is the 3rd bottle I've tasted 😁Ki Junmai Daiginjo✨. I thought it was a prank call for a moment 💦 because I wanted to try the Ki, Jigokan and Shinmasa Eclue. I was so happy because I've been wanting to try the Taka 😃. I can't remember what it tasted like, but I'm sure it was delicious ‼️ lol

さとやんI was at the dock yesterday and had to warm up for a while💦. Finally done and refreshed☺️✨ I opened the long awaited Nabeshima Special Junmai Sake ☺️✨✨✨. Gorgeous aroma 🎶 not a raw sake but it's tangy, sweet and umami and so delicious 🥰. Today we had hand rolled sushi and raw seaweed sashimi❣️ I've been into sake lately, but I still love an empty stomach with a beer first 😁. I always end up drunk because of the sake 🍶 afterwards 🤣💦.

さとやんOn Mother's Day, my oldest son sent me two bottles of Nabeshima and ☺️✨✨. Putting Nabeshima aside 🌸 Arikato 🍶It seems to be a limited edition of a new brand of sake 🍶 that subtly conveys gratitude 😊. A day late to open the bottle 😁It smells so sweet and apple-like ✨When I drank it, it was moderately sweet but the rich umami flavor lingered in my mouth and it was so delicious. ̑̑◡・̑๑) I usually drink from my husband's big glass, but since it was my gift, I was very reserved and sipped it in a small glass 🤣. I was such a lazy mother to give him a gift of alcohol❣️laughs

さとやんWe received a gift of Tengumai Yamahai-fujikomi Junmai Daiginjo🍶. I opened the Sengoku Sakura🌸 because it ran out so quickly. It was a very tasty sake with a good taste of rice. My husband seems to like this one a lot 🤔.

さとやんFinally the cherry blossoms 🌸 are in 7th bloom and I opened the long awaited SENKOU SAKURA 🥰✨! I don't feel like I drank it for the first time 🤣🍶 because I've seen too many posts from everyone and somehow I felt like I already drank it. It's not too sweet and the bitterness after the sourness is addictive 😁. Hokkaido's 🌸hanami is Gyoja Garlic Genghis Khan✨. It was so delicious and easy to pair with anything ☺️I definitely want to drink this sake again next year 🍶. I was looking forward to it so much that I kind of felt like a loss this morning 😵💦💦.

さとやんKita no Katsuraika Junmai Daiginjo Made from 100% "Kitashizuku," Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing. The raw material rice, Kitashizuku, was polished to 40% and carefully brewed during this year's bitter cold season. This is the first limited edition Junmai Daiginjo to be released in 5 years since "Ichisan0" was released for the 130th anniversary ✨✨✨. Today we procured some expensive hairy crabs 🦀 for our Northern Katsu🍶☺️. This is sake 🍶I love this flavor and taste so much ☺️✨✨✨. Lately, fruity and sweet sake is delicious, but I really like this kind of sake that has a concentrated flavor of rice and leaves a spicy aftertaste in my mouth 😁. Cherry blossoms are finally blooming 🌸🌸🌸 Cherry blossom viewing is scheduled for the 2nd ☺️I'm looking forward to it 🥰.

さとやんIt was this month's hanpukai, Tanaka Rokuugo Yamadanishiki Junmai Sake😃. It was my husband's birthday yesterday, so we opened the package 🍶✨ for a day late birthday celebration. Fruity and sweet‼️Today, hand-rolled sushi🍣! The best part is the cut of medium fatty tuna ✨. But it was too sweet for my husband and he was happy with what little was left now 😁. It's been a while since I've had a drink, so I'm feeling tipsy☺️✨

さとやんToday, we did yakiniku again. Hokkaido is still quite far from spring, but spring sake 🍶. Peach heaven we all drank ❣️. I just spun the top of the lid and took it off, and the lid flew off with a shpon💨 surprise 😂. Soft sweetness followed by bitterness😃It was so easy to drink and delicious. Someone posted on Sake-no-wa about spicy pickled eggplant with tasake 🍆I love tasake, so I looked for it and ordered it❣️It was quite spicy and I drank a lot of Momoten💦. It was a fun time 😊✨

さとやんIt is a gift from Ezo Fuji. It is brewed using "Comet" rice suitable for sake brewing, which is grown in the magnificent nature of Niseko Town, Hokkaido. The first sip was spicy, but it gradually became smoother and easier to drink 🍶✨. We ran out of four bottles in no time 😊.

Since it was a bottle, we didn't have a chance to open it, so we opened it and had a lot of fun ☺️It's so precious, so just saying "Jigokin" got everyone's attention 😍😍😍😍. After the tingling gassy sensation, the sweetness spreads out ✨The aftertaste leaves a delicious taste in your mouth forever💕. I'm glad everyone enjoyed it 😊.

さとやんThis month's hanpukai was Oasari and Jigin✨✨✨✨. The Jikin was kind of a waste, so I opened the Kuroryu Harushibori that I received ☺️✨. The giant clams were a bit extravagant, steamed in sake with tasake 😊umami ❣️. Kuroryu is easy to drink and smooth at first sip 😌, but at 18%, it is moderately dry 😃💦. My son sent me a Kuroryu for Monday ❣️ and I didn't expect it to be a spring shibori 🤣💦. It's in season now, so I guess it's ok ☺️.
