It's been a while since I've posted. Even though I drink alone, it's not easy to post while drinking. If it's hot, it gets cold, and if it's cold, it gets warm. When you are drinking, it is always better to enjoy the good food while it is still good. Well, Blue Monday is finally over. I took a quick peek at my usual bar for the first time in a while and found it full. Some of the customers were a little incompatible with each other. I was in no mood to go to a ramen shop, so I went to this restaurant that I had been wondering about. No wonder, I decided to go in for a quick inspection and have a cup of sake. Dewazakura Since this is a tuna restaurant, I ordered sashimi and asked for something to go with it. Unfortunately, they don't serve heated sake, so I had it cold. Personally, I don't like ginjo because of its strong aroma...but...hmmm, the tuna turned out great! ...but I still like it warmed up. The sashimi and the monkfish were also quite good. The tuna has a good balance of freshness and maturity... The liver is small, but it's steamed without gathering... I was laughing as I was criticizing it in my mind like Yuuzan... It's a little sad that the order was made by phone. The price was not cheap at all... I'll have to think about it next time.

Sousaku Izakaya Man Fat https://maps.app.goo.gl/qy8rCNQL7i1M9KN36 This is the first restaurant I thought I'd go back to lightly. I'm known to be a drinker, so the recommendations were not too much of a challenge. Eating oysters or grilled scorpion fish? Or grilled sardines for sashimi? We were running out of time and money, but our worries and the amount of alcohol we consumed were never-ending. Well, after all, I am glad I only had one piece of soba for lunch, lol. I left the Nakashimaya's sake bottle and glass untouched so as not to add to the washing up because I would order more later anyway...oh no, I've got a hashtanai, haven't I? Mimuro cedar. It appeared in an oceanic wine glass because of its aroma. It was smooth and refreshing, just like water. Oh, I didn't know it was so easy to drink.... Fruity sweetness with just the right amount of banana flavor. The taste of rice sneaking out of the bottle. 13% raw sake...this is what we call "Red Fat Fat Fat" lol... I can't help but wonder if I'm being fatty! Well, this is just a blabber of my mind as a lone drinker, so please don't mind me. I don't have anyone I can ask out. Now, what's next for snacks and drinks...I wonder if my wallet will hold out....

Sousaku Izakaya Man Fat https://maps.app.goo.gl/qy8rCNQL7i1M9KN36 Today's boss went straight to work and went home. The office staff and I left early at 4:30 p.m! I was so excited, I could just go home and...wait a minute, it's just before the vacation, but no stores are open... No matter, I just sat in the office reading Freelen until it was time to go home... Well, yesterday I had fish, today I had meat... Oops, my usual meat restaurant was in the middle of climbing the Himalayas.... If I'm going to drink over here, I might as well catch a glimpse of that girl's face before I take a break...hmmm...gross, lol! So, we went to our favorite place for fish again. The first sake, Nakashimaya. This is such a good sake! It is a western Japan sake, and since it is a pure sake, it has a moderate koji taste, astringency, and bitterness, but the flavor of the rice is strong. It has a nice rice flavor when paired with sashimi. I had a little too much for lunch, so I thought I'd finish it off with something light... but then I felt like eating grilled fish or something, right? Hmmm... I'm going to whisky after this... it's a bit of a problem... hah...

I was thinking and worrying about everything, taking into account my stomach, wallet, and time. On the way back to the station, I found a place with delicious fish.... I couldn't think of anything in the middle of the rain, so I decided to go to a sushi bar in the middle of the night. The food is not bad, but the atmosphere and the staff are not so good. The only beer available in a mug is super-dry, which is also not good. No, it's nice that they have good-looking guys who look like they are on roller skates, but it's a little too sad for an old man drinking alone. I had a raw octopus sashimi and a bottle of Kagatobi, which I haven't had in a while. But then the sake doesn't come. Oh, I can't take a picture of the label... Kagatobi. The pure rice flavor comes through. It is refreshing and firm, and goes well with octopus. Well...it tastes good as a snack and sake, but.... I'm sorry to say that it's a bit of a disappointment, but... I think I'll just have a little nigiri and be done with it. It's supposed to be better than the rotating sushi...but...it's not.

The restaurant began to get crowded, and it was time to pull out. The recommendations for sake and tsumami were rushing in, trying to get me to use the last of the Fukuzawa bills in my wallet, and I was swept away on my fourth drink. No, so you see...no, I know. The ummai's.... Kafuda Sake Hachitan-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo I don't need any more of the refreshing type of ginjo.... It's a Junmai Daiginjo, and it's Hiroshima, right? It's sweet and moderate, with a hint of ginjo.... It's calm, so there's no bitterness. No, I know. It goes well with aji no ko. So, please stop serving firefly squid with vinegared miso. I'm going to change the riverbank soon...I'm sure the bars over there will be crowded. I'm so tired of it.... Sousaku Izakaya Man Fat https://maps.app.goo.gl/c5BgcnH9dcErh6kH6

Finally, it started to get in the way, the third cup. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.... It's good that it's crowded on weekends, but it might be a little hard to be alone. The manager is trying his best to keep me around (since I'm a drinker who drinks close to 10,000 yen by myself), but...if I stay any longer, I'm seriously going to get in the way... TAKARAYAMA It seems to be a rare sake made from edible rice. It is sweet and has a stronger rice flavor than sake rice. Maybe it was because I had been drinking sakkimade ginjo...but I also felt a slight "nuka" (dirtiness) of the rice. The taste is hardened by the fire-roasting. Yes, this is what I wanted to drink. It's calm and consistent, like a delicious "rice" sake. Junmai sake is the best sake for food. The staff at this restaurant (or rather, almost all of the staff these days) like to drink sake that is unpasteurized, ginjo, and refreshing, so this type of sake is a rarity. Wow, the father of the next-door neighbor started talking about how hard it is for a single person to enjoy Tsumami... I think it's time to go home. Today, I was looking for my friend's daughter, Ahno-girl, who works at my restaurant. I was a bit too enthusiastic to get drunk, so I came here to have a meal. If I went to my usual ramen shop, I would end up staying there until morning. I'm supposed to keep my meals and Japan light, but I'm the only one who drinks too much. I need to find someone to drink with. The second sake of the day Seijitsu, Chiba Prefecture, recommended by the General Kangiku Meikozo It has a strong taste, but it is refreshing to drink. The "unfiltered" part may be a bit mellow for an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, perhaps because it has been open for a little while. Perhaps that is why it tastes softer. Cod sprouts, butterbur sprouts, pukusa (ascetic's garlic), etc... It's a little weak with wild vegetable tempura and sashimi. As expected on a Friday. It was crowded. Since we only eat here...I'm already full and my hands are full with one more meal. I guess I'll have to put my wallet away. Sousaku Izakaya Man Fat https://maps.app.goo.gl/c5BgcnH9dcErh6kH6

A slightly heavy Friday. Last weekend and the beginning of this week...I drank too much...lol I attended an event to celebrate the anniversary of the arrival of a regular customer at my favorite bar to save face with the master. Well, I'm glad I had a good time...but I spent a lot of money... It's only the beginning of the month, where's my payday? I have to think about my age and body. If I keep thinking I'm young and drinking like a college student, I'm going to have a slow recovery lol. But I still wanted to see her face.... I went to a restaurant to have a meal before going out for a drink. ...Oh, where did the purse strings go? Amami Yamaguchi Prefecture Sake Slightly carbonated...? Sweetness that comes after astringency and sourness. The aroma is subdued, but... is this a draft sake? Oh, the label says, "Please open the bottle when it is well chilled." It says so. It seems to be a nama-zake. I have to be proactive and offer it, but if I drink, eat, and play with my phone all by myself, I'm a suspicious old man, lol. I wonder what I should drink next. First time to go to Ramen Izakaya in a long time. It's busy and we have no money. Drinking outside is expensive, drinking at home is expensive (and we are suspected of buying too much Tsumami and sake). What the hell is going on in Japan! I wish my salary would go up.... La Jomon, which the regular next to me was drinking. If the owner was tasting it while he was drinking next to me, I would be curious about it. This is a company that does interesting things. They have a private brand, so they only decide on a name and make a different sake for each vat (or brewery?). (or brewery by brewery?). They only decide on a name and ask each brewer to make a different sake. The black label "Rajomon" is made by a company called Shuho Brewery. Junmai Nama-shu (Junmai Nama-shu). The first sip is fruity, like white wine. It has a moderate acidity and astringency. It has a freshness that can only be found in nama-shu. It has a slight hint of koji (mold) that is different from that of wine. It would probably taste even better if it were chilled to a crisp...but that's the point. I think it is a taste that is easy to get used to for those in the wine world. The next door and the one next to it are regulars. Some of them are from overseas, and I don't have to worry about having a snack (I know, I'll get angry). Third drink in a long line of writing. Now, I wonder if I can write (or drink) the next one.

Company drinking party. Halfway through the party, I'm drunk, thrown out, and laughing. Although my desire for alcohol is ignited, the contents of my wallet are very arctic. I wish I could use a watermelon. But I still want to drink good sake. It had been about a year since I had been to this restaurant. There was some complicated writing on the signboard. Oh, I guess I'm sorry for being a troublesome drinker, lol. I'm a drinker, and I'm not afraid to be complicated! Yes, I'm sorry... I asked for a drink on the recommendation of the warmer girl I haven't had in a while (this may be the last drink of the month for my wallet). Takekizuru, pure rice with a fresh yeast yeast yeast yeast base. As expected of the kanbanmusume, she remembered my face. She seemed to remember my face (well, I'm a lazy drinker, lol). I asked her to warm it up to lukewarm, just as I like it. The mouthfeel was like a "sake yeast". It has a barrel-like flavor and astringent taste. There is a yogurt-like acidity in the middle of it. I guess there are different tastes for sake with a traditional yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. We drank it with oden. I ordered my favorite pork belly and burdock root roll. As I write this, I let the oden cool down moderately. Wow, I'm going to have another drink even though I don't have any money.... The restaurant is open all year round, but when it's cold, it's best to warm up the sake with oden.

Wow, this is a sake that can be enjoyed at all temperatures. What is it? It has a sake-like and watery taste, but it doesn't seem too thin. Of course, the low alcohol content may have something to do with it, but it is still 13 degrees. Swiss-ike...dangerous, isn't it? Redeikira~...oh? Now that I've finished eating the two wings, I think I'll have some noodles to finish off the meal, and then head home. ...Oh, neither the Satte nor the Tebasaki wings are on the menu, just to be sure...hmm? The second sake of the day, Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Kinpaku Sake. ...I wonder what volume of Mimashinbo it was...was it the magical power of the earthenware pot...it was a story about a suppon...I think it was in the 10 volume range (to be added later, volume 3, episode 3, the power of the earthenware pot...besides itayama... (It was a story about the president...). He said money doesn't affect the taste. It's different to be thankful for it. Well, it certainly doesn't affect the taste, but it does affect the presentation. The Japanese enjoy (for better or for worse) the feeling of being "mede-tai," a kind of "celebrated fish". I'll check the comics on my tablet on the train on the way home. Junmai Ginjo. It has a strong rice flavor, but it's still a ginjo. It has a slight fruity taste and a bit of Sawan aftertaste. But I think this one makes a better snack. Well, after the shellfish...I guess I'll have to go with the chicken wings! The sister next to my left? (Younger?) Two skewers and a yuzu soda. I also had a bowl of ramen. Sipping the soup. They ate and drank a lot. ...no room for treats, lol! Independence and autonomy are important for human health. Nantenne. Long time no post. Happy New Year m(_ _ _)m Since the beginning of the year, there has been a lot of noise and crabs. I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the people in the affected areas. ...Is my Japanese funny...? Today, I went to my usual ramen shop as usual. It's time to explore other places...but it's hard to find a comfortable place to eat. The first sake of the day! Etchu Himi Akebono Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu. From the other side of the world, drunken people can only donate money and drink sake. It's only an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake, so it's got a lot of acidity and astringency. It has a oaky, oaky flavor...or maybe this is a ginjo aroma? It has a faint scent of wood.... There is no peculiarity...but there is a sourness and astringency, so it may be different for different tastes. For the time being, I will have it with three kinds of shellfish in olive oil. I was also choosing some snacks...and then, by the manager's arrangement, there was a girl next to me on my left. No, it's just to make room in the restaurant... She seems to be a girl who likes to drink, but since she ordered noodles, I guess she is not the type of person who drinks slowly. If I saw her, I would treat her to the first drink.... But it has a strong umami of rice, sweetness, and a hint of astringency. I wonder if it is a sweet wine. As the label says, it looks like a rice wine when chilled to the brim, and it certainly looks delicious. Oh, it can also be served on the rocks? It is difficult to describe the taste of sake. Both sides are senior regulars. The one on the left is an older gentleman. The one on the right is a colleague from work? Less than a cappuccino. Did he bring his own wine? Autumn is here? It's not just the horses. It's autumn. So? I came to the usual ramen shop. I've been away for a while on Monday, but the chicken wings are still delicious! I've been tweeting in the same place for a while now (more talking to myself, but never blabbering lol)...after all, it's so much easier.... The second sake of the day: Kurogyu Junmai Aki-agari It's a very heavy sake. It has the sweetness of rice, but the astringency of koji and a hint of acidity make it feel "spicy". Although it is not described as "dry," it is made in Wakayama and Shikoku, so the degree of fermentation must be different. For Tsumami, I asked for Tebasaki (chicken wings)...the second one today. It seems to be on the back menu (they only have enough to take away from the preparation), and I had been wanting to try it whenever I saw it. After eating chicken wings, drinking sake, and being offered black beef...I had no choice but to have a drink. I'm still drinking even though I have gout. Good sake, good ramen. Hi, it's been a while since I've posted anything. I've been drinking, of course, but I don't have time to post when I'm drinking and eating so much. This is a ramen izakaya that I've been frequenting recently. The manager's personality is very charming. And the manager recommends Shichisui in Tochigi. I thought the pure rice flavor was coming (Zakiyama style), but to my surprise, I found a melon flavor. Is it the yeast or the rice...it has a lot of melon flavor with green pulp. Well, I recently had a local green-fleshed melon, so there is no doubt about it! Melon flavor, or melon flavor? Aftertaste: a slight rice "flutter" (can you tell if you've ever held a piece of paper together with rice? A hint of porridge...more and more and more sloppy) feeling. I'm sorry, the manager is suspicious of my line with the cabaret lady... lol... By the way, the event is still going on. If you find her, please ask her.
