Sake Map

The origins of the sake you've drunk are colored on the map.
KudokijozuJr.のヒ蜜純米大吟醸
酒屋 巡It's been about two months since I've been here. It's been two months since I've been there. Thanks to your help, I noticed that my girth is slightly increasing. I have noticed a slight increase in my belly circumference. Are you drinking? I think the best thing is that I don't get bored easily. I don't have anything in season or anything new, but just ramen lol. No, I'm here to drink. You're good at coquettishness. I'm sure the manager is good at coaxing too. We often have foreign customers come here to drink (or eat?). They come here to drink (or eat?). The sweetness of the rice is also very strong. When it slides down smoothly, there is a slight scent of ginjo aroma. I don't really like sweet sake, but...there it is, just like the name says. It's richer than the usual Kudokutei...Oh, it says "himitsu" or something like that. So, here's the news? I'll let you know here. If you happen to see us anywhere (and since it's written here, the stores are almost exclusively limited), we'll give you a cup of something (an Arabic number, an Arabic number)! Hmmm... I think I'll go here next time I'm with you. Well, I'm not going to do anything about it because I know what I'm doing, but I'm just playing around. Of course, I'm a guy, so I don't have any ulterior motives...but if my girth is growing, I'm not going to be able to use chopsticks and sticks for anything...lol... Oh, I wonder if there are any left...?

Mukade手仕事純米酒 別拵純米
酒屋 巡I know it, but I can't stop. Anne, the girl next to me on the right, is smiling as she eats her ramen! It's as if she came here to eat. No, it's a restaurant...a ramen shop, right? She was eating so well that I couldn't help but notice. No, a ramen shop is a bar after a meal at Shu2. I thought I had seen it before...maybe. I may have never had a drink...maybe. Mukade" means "windless" in Japanese. When you put it in your mouth, you can smell the slight aroma and taste the umami and rice. It is not a sticky rice, but an elegant taste. Like a white wine without fruity flavor. It's like a white wine without fruity taste. The aftertaste is a bit grapey. I can feel the grape (?) in the aftertaste. It's been a while since I've had a good Junmai sake. I'm sure I'll love it with food! It's a pity that there is no fish...although there are some snacks... I'll have some shrimp on skewers. For the last dish of the day...let's have Niigata-style boiled and dried noodle! The old man who went home ate it like it was delicious. But first...how about one more?

Yamagata Masamune袋採り直汲み純米吟醸生酒
酒屋 巡I say "a little bit of drinking", but I can't leave after just a "little bit". In no time at all, the seats were filled and a line formed. Two people waited, and then two more. If we could only squeeze in one seat between them.... Toto and his neighbor, Mr. Shacho-like, Hey-chan. They are cool little drinkers.... I'm alone, I'm in your way, and yet I'm still mean and dirty lol... I thought I'd have one more drink, one bowl of ramen, and one beer and go home lol. I wonder if I can drink that.... Yamagata Masamune, directly drawn from the bag The fruity aroma like apples first. The sweetness comes in a big rush, and then goes straight down. A hint of rice lingers on the tongue. A little later, a hint of cheese! It's about to get in the way. Shoyu and chashu are the final touch. Yes, if you think about it, this is the second restaurant. It's not the kind of place you come to for a leisurely drink on your first visit. Well, let's think about it and drink........ Well, I'll go home after I finish my drink. A seat is available. We're open until 10:00 p.m., so everyone, please come!

le lac原酒無濾過
酒屋 巡The manager murmured, "It's not busy..." "Welcome, 4 people in a group! Well, it's true that it's hard to get in when it's busy both during the day and at night. Compared to that, it is a little more relaxed. I ordered some more skewers and had my third cup of sake today. Le Lac Unfiltered Nama Sake The aroma is light and the mouthfeel is crisp. After the astringent acidity, the quiet umami and sweetness spread smoothly. There is little sense of rice, but you can feel the rice in the rest of the taste and aftertaste. This goes well with skewers. It will make your fat life more active. I'm drinking while posting today, so I'm a total freak unlike usual. Two people are here just as I write this. A husband and wife? I get a lot of visitors here. It's hard to get tired of this place as a drinking place, and the sake is also very maniacal. As I was writing this, two more people came, and then one. ...I think I'm going to lose my place.... One more drink...or will it be one? Let's go home slowly before we disturb them. But then, there were two more people. I know they're ramen guys, but.... I guess I'll just close up and go home slowly.

酒屋 巡 Ramen shop where the fat life goes on! Izakaya at night is a bit cheesy, isn't it? (Excessive characters) I came here to eat and drink as an apology, and this is my second drink of the day (laughs). No, it's not good, after all. Itt Key Nama Sake Shiboritate With an unusual name (like a certain Chihara Jr.'s cab trip, lol). Fruity sourness like apple. A hint of malted rice. It has a slight malted rice taste...or is it a barrel taste? It is more like wine or fruit juice than rice. It is very refreshing for a sake. Personally, I am not a fan of sour sake, but this one was easy to drink. The fact that it felt like juice was not good (in that I drank too much, lol). The skewers have arrived, and I am very happy. Now let's see what I will drink next time...(^o^)

YokoyamaSILVER7純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過
酒屋 巡Oh no, I'm going to start my fat life on Monday, aren't I? The last time I came here for a drink (another day after my last post), I slipped in just before closing time and drank a lot with the regulars and the manager, even though I couldn't eat noodles, and I got used to the place. I did the forbidden move of a drunkard: drinking until morning and then going to visit the restaurant. I lost my way (I wasn't aiming for that, was I?). I drank until rather late in the morning. The manager told me today, "It was hard to open for business the next day...well, I'm used to it...". I'm sorry... m(_ _)m I came to the restaurant today to thank him and apologize for that. The first drink of the day. Yokoyama Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake ...I don't know what's going on anymore. The aroma is soft, gentle and fruity on the palate. Then, there is the astringency of nama-zake and a slight tanginess like blue cheese (the astringent side is the acidity). The sweetness and subtle umami of junmai rice lurking in the back. Less sourness on the sour side, which is common in nama-shu. Is it turned to fruity? Well, since it is rice, it goes well with seared duck and char siu pork, and the sake goes down smoothly. I have an early start tomorrow morning, so deep drinking is strictly forbidden. I will drink moderately, slurp up some noodles, and go home. Hmmm, what should I drink with skewers next time?

Yamaboshi純米爆雷原酒純米原酒
酒屋 巡Hey all you drinkers out there! I have finally found the forbidden drinking place! No, I don't mean the kind of sake or the particulars. I'm not talking about the type of sake or the particulars, but about the drinking habits of the people who drink. How "closing" is a big deal.... No, it's not...you understand, right, Pampi? You drink, you eat, and you are satisfied to the stomach. There aren't many places that can do it all in one place! Do you understand, drinkers? But now, there is a place where you can get all kinds of (healthy) bad stuff: !!!!! Kanda Nanaren ... Ramen shop in the front, but izakaya at night. The variety of drinks is very diverse (esde-ji-zu-ya!). No more, I'm going straight for the fat life lol! And the small variety of snacks also makes the drinks go down just right! Yamaboshi Junmai Bakurai Dry Mouth The characteristics of Yamaboshi are sweetness and umami. The "Bakurai" is a combination of bitterness and a hint of sweetness... but with the addition of the bitterness of the original sake. Well, you can drink it with chashu pork and other dishes, and finish it with rice and noodles.... It's a different kind of immorality from that of Machichuka, the ramen shop... Only a drinker can understand this feeling. Now, what's your next drink?

酒屋 巡(Please don't be sorry if it doesn't look any different. I'm having a hard time asking for a photo.) I heard it's all about the sake... I want to drink the sake I want to drink... I want to drink the sake I want to drink... (The popular Fujii difference.) I found myself staying a little too long. Well, well, you know, if you keep getting rejected.......glass no shonen (´; omega; decision) jidainano desuyo! Dongstop✕2 I love you, you're so cute! It's just a drink... (Unlike the Hollywood actor who got on the plane a few minutes ago.) Oh no, I sang in a tavern... Since each sake bottle holds 2 cups of sake, we have 2 kinds of sake for 4 cups. Gifu's sake. A sake that can be drunk like water even though it is lukewarm. Slightly sour sourness, slightly sour but strong astringent sourness........ I'm out of breath...no, it's a stuffy nose! Sake is delicious. It's the water of life, isn't it? Whiskeybabe...haaaaay! (Turn the globe) We're in Scotland! ...No, I'm drinking sake now... I'm drinking alone, so there's no one to pick on me or laugh at me. My eyes... my eyes... they itch!

酒屋 巡 I get dumped on, dumped on, dumped on, and then I end up here. And when you get there, it's always crowded. Today, the boss was late for his work, so he went straight home. I left early, which was unusual for me, and had some free time, so I went for an adventure in Kanda. At the first restaurant...the place was packed with customers, and the waiter didn't even notice or take notice of me. I immediately said, "I'm full! and immediately cut off. Guitar Samurai...well, that's a bit of an obstacle for a first-time visitor, isn't it? The second restaurant...also full of customers. The owner apologized and the mama came out, but I didn't even get a chance to talk to her. I was the only one saving money, but...I'd rather have a reservation. The third restaurant.... It's a small, fancy place with few seats...I'll be damned if I'm going to let a sushi place like that get to me. This was the fourth sushi restaurant we went to. I thought my usual restaurant would be the most stable...but it was rather tight. I guess it depends on the time of day. We managed to get a seat in the back and finally had a drink. Jusui, Yamagata Prefecture. This sake was recommended to me by a liquor store near my house. The sweetness of the rice comes through, but there is also a slight astringency, perhaps due to the fact that it is a ginjo. It is refreshing and has a slight astringency to it. Lukewarm...no, it's lentil, but it's ingenious! No, it's not good, I have a stuffy nose.... I'll drink alone and lonely...today seems to be a bad day for me...

酒屋 巡 I was left behind when I went out to dinner. I drank alone, and it was a complete disaster. Well, the entertainment venue and the work site were far apart, and the work site was closer to my house. I had paperwork to do, and it was an entertainment drinking party... But when I came back to the office, it was dark. Boss, that can't be right.... I'm sure I'll be going to one of the ladies' restaurant after this............................ So, I wandered around Kanda for the first time in a while. I asked Google to find a new place to eat. First of all, I saw a Kikuhime Yamahai. I ordered it lukewarm. But, to my surprise, it came out hot. It had the umami and sweetness of Kikuhime, but a little bit of the acidity of Yamahai. It should be just right when it's lukewarm, though... right? I asked for another sake to be heated to lukewarm just to be sure, and I heard a "ding" sound. I asked for another sake, but it made a "ding" sound. So, we left with him, some pickled firefly squid, and two glasses of sake. What? What do you mean, we can't use cash? Oh, no, tell me that first. Oh no, I guess this is an order not to drink alone. I'll never go to this place again.

酒屋 巡Well, well, well. I noticed that I spilled soy sauce on my shirt, a mistake that only a young child and a drunkard (?!) would make. I made a mistake that only a drunkard and a little kid would make. The food hit the spot, and we stayed there for about an hour, even though we were drinking standing up. The food is moderately delicious, and as I think about spending today's money here... I suddenly remember the receipt. I asked them to calculate the amount and it came to 5400 yen... It's a hassle to drink while thinking. The second glass: Shizenigo unfiltered, unpasteurized, mellow junmai. Moderately bitter and tangy. Nama-nazake...oh, and it's unfiltered...oh no, I'm drunk. Slightly melon aroma...yes, maybe because I picked up some white meat. It doesn't have much rice flavor, but it has a strong umami. It's perfect for my mood today...I must refrain from burning myself out. I must drink too much (at the time of writing, this is my fourth cup of sake, and the third of sake). Auntie said she served the wrong tsumami. I wanted grilled fish, so I ordered dried sardines. It was the last dish that was out of order after I ordered it. She served it to another table. I said, "Never mind the coma, I'll have a good sake and nigiri...and be careful not to become a drunkard. Now, let's review the third and fourth drinks... ← drunk.

酒屋 巡Your child was hospitalized for an asthma attack. Today, the boss's older child is absent due to illness. While playing with the bowls and cups at the restaurant. Wednesday, we thought we would be able to go up earlier than usual without any company drinks. I thought I would be able to go up earlier than usual on a Wednesday, but the sky must have seen through me, because I invited a girl to dinner. The boss gave me the most troublesome part of his schedule (not so much the time and effort, but rather the transportation and starting time). I was unfaithful in my heart, the work took a few minutes, and the job was done in a few minutes. When I called to report the work after it was completed, he said, "Just cut off the receipt and go have a drink. It's delicious. I was told, "You can cut off the receipt. So I went to the standing sushi restaurant "Nigi-Nigi-Nigi-Nigi-Nigi-Nigi-Nigi-". I am ashamed to say that I had never been to Nakano for a drink before, partly because it is a bit far away from the restaurant. Hideshiyoshi Soukai Junmai Seishu. It is light, refreshing, slightly bitter, and has little rice flavor. I guess this is what they call "light" sake. ...Maybe it's aluzome? At first glance, I couldn't ask for a picture of the label on the back of the bottle. The sashimi was delicious. The choice of sake also looks good...? I drank some more and ate some nigiri... Oh, I have to be careful about the receipt. Drinkers always have to pay for sake. Well, let's go have another round of drinks.

酒屋 巡The holidays are over. How have you been spending the week with somewhat noisy news? I guess it's different from being single...drinking good sake and having fun with the family, hanging out with the wife, sometimes even going to a pink store...well, it's hard to say. I really miss the girls...I wonder if the shock of a broken heart can cause a heart attack or not? Oh...well...in that case...this was a home-drinking bar, excuse me. On the 12th, I opened it with a lot of energy and stress relief. Takahashi Fukamari 2021. I bought a bottle for everyday drinking, but I couldn't finish it in one day, so I kept it in a Yongo bottle. I kept one bottle at room temperature, one bottle refrigerated, and the rest at room temperature on the same day. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the slight sourness and wild aroma of wild strawberries. Even when you drink it, you can still smell the strawberry flavor. It has a refreshing sweetness and a hint of sourness. It has a rice-like flavor, but the taste is strawberry-like. It is fruity but does not interfere with sashimi or wasabi. Looks good heated too...but it's too hot. I don't want to get heat stroke. So, this is how it was on the day the bottle was opened. And today, too, we emptied the four-pack moderately. Today, too, we are fine and healthy backslash!

酒屋 巡Monday, the day after the holiday weekend, is back to normal. Riding the train This article Why Germans, whose productivity is 40% higher than Japanese, do not call Monday through Friday "weekdays https://gendai.ismedia.jp/articles/-/94819 and Articles like this The ''Power Harassment Hell'' That Forced Yamagata Sakuranbo TV Employee to Take a Leave of Absence https://bunshun.jp/articles/-/49386 and started working while thinking about it. Today, I bought a bottle of Gazanryu, one of the five bottles I bought the other day. I kept it in the refrigerator and drank it cold (hanayoe). It has a watery mouthfeel that goes down smoothly. It has a fruity aroma like a sports drink when swallowed. A slight bitterness lingers in the mouth. Hmmm...it's al-soke. So that's why there is a subtle sense of discomfort even though it is an unfiltered, raw daiginjo. I wonder if it is watered down and alsodized. I'm sure the flavor is stronger and the mouthfeel is lighter, but...I feel the sense of rice is thin. I'm not sure if it's the rice flavor, but I don't feel the rice flavor.

酒屋 巡I'll sip my drink while watching the water roses. The neighbor's capo... I'm so jealous... (I'm being paranoid, cynical and jealous... but I did hear a lot of things late at night... or was that a different capeau?) I still hope Mr. Okawa wins. Who is this youtuber? There are so many of them these days, I don't even know who they are. Today I bought five bottles of Midorikawa Junmai, which was kept at room temperature in the store. It's also good warmed up...(^○^) At room temperature The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt slowly. The sweetness is not a lingering sweetness, but rather a sweetness that seems to fade away. After a little while, it has a faint vanilla-like aroma. It tastes like it would go well with rice dishes. I would like to drink it with grilled miso. Hanayakie (refrigerator temperature: 10℃) It has a refreshing taste. It goes in so smoothly that you may think, "Oh, is it water? It is so refreshing that you may think "Oh, is it water? The taste is immediately followed by a hint of sweetness on the tongue and a vanilla aroma that comes through the throat. Today's snacks were sashimi and chicken stewed in ajipon. ...Oh no, I didn't take a picture again... (^_^; ) Oh, there was still some cheese left...(^○^) Hmmm, what should I do? I'll open another bottle... ⌒▽⌒

酒屋 巡(Yesterday in record time) Are you drinking~! I got it, Golden Week! I also wasted some money, but I knew I had to drink on my vacation! So, I started a little late, but I bought some things at Sake-no-Watanabe (). (https://maps.app.goo.gl/A8jegkfGe1ti3sTb7) and bought a lot of things! And I thought it was early summer (?!)! First a bottle of Nama-Shu! Tedorigawa Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Crisp and Dry For me, a resident of Hokkaido, the temperature is like early summer, so I drink it like early summer (laugh). As the label says, it was chilled to 10 degrees Celsius (hanakairo). It has a fruity aroma with the petitiveness and tingling of nama-zake. The sweetness and umami of the rice. Slightly amazake-like. It is true that it is a little insufficient with sashimi. With chicken and pork, it's just right. Oh, I didn't take a picture of the snacks. Sashimi, fried chicken...did I have a little bit of cheese? Maybe it's because I'm old, but when I drink alone on my days off, I suddenly think about emptiness, loneliness, being a person, being a bastard...all kinds of things. Oh, no, no, I have to think about it!

酒屋 巡(I left some of my writing for the record...when was it? How do you feel? I'm a bit flustered, it's payday (laughs)... ...The way I wrote it, it's like I'm writing before tomorrow's payday. I guess you didn't tweet about it, Nabeshima. Really, personally, sake from Hiroshima and Yamaguchi are a big hit. Hmm? Kyushu, Nabeshima. Oh, but I'm pretty sure that the guy at the company I'm going out with is also a Nabeshima guy. ...You guessed it, it's not to my taste...I'm an adult...Fuyucharingu Takakura... My preferred standard sake is Ki and Kokushi Musou. It's fun to start with the sake that you think is good and then start to explore from there (tsumami is a duck). Cold sake The astringent taste is followed by a sour sourness and a sweetness that spreads. The aftertaste is rice. It is good for a good oil topping. Lukewarm The astringent sourness comes and goes. The sweetness comes in after the sourness is gone. (And that's it. I've saved the draft. Drunken people are so annoying.

酒屋 巡I worked hard today. Hmm? The Emperor's birthday... I didn't know... What, you're off! I was out for almost half a day to redecorate the office. On my way back home, inspired by a commercial, I bought some good sake at a liquor store I'd newly found. It's a liquor store that uses the word "noble" in its name, and it's located inside Chiba Station... well, they have quite an interesting selection. It's been a long time since I've had ZAC... (laughs) It's also very good, isn't it? Hiya (room temperature) Fruity aroma. A hint of sourness and bitter acidity. It has a sweetness from the first taste and a delicious taste of rice. If you want to drink it as it is, cold sake is probably the best. Warmed up lukewarm The sweetness and rice flavor become stronger, and the sourness is more of an aroma than a taste. It has a good amount of umami, which makes it a good match for fish or light snacks. Warmed up When I warmed it up, I could see thin white bubbles... hmm? That means it's almost like a nama-shu...wait a minute? I'm getting drunk... The sweetness and rice-like flavor is even stronger. The astringent and bitter side of the acidity is also a little stronger. But the umami is also strong. Hot sake...oh, I need more words. It would be great cold, but if you want to eat it and drink it.... I can't do this!

酒屋 巡Today, the air around me is so cramped that I think I've had enough of it. Are you drinking, everyone? I've been trying not to keep alcohol in my house because I drink too much, but now I can't drink outside anymore. I've been trying not to keep alcohol at home because I drink too much, but now I can't drink outside anymore, and it's human nature to want to make the most of drinking at home. In addition to sake, I've been buying all sorts of other things. I was looking for a bottle of chirori (tampo) on the Internet to make it a little easier to drink heated sake, since it's the season... well, I found a good heated bottle. It's called Kanmakase, and it's a sake heating gauge. https://neko-to-nihonsyu.jp/kanmakase-review/ It's a very handy thing. I love it when I warm up a dry and crisp Drunken Whale, the flavors and aromas change. I'm glad I'm Japanese. I also bought a 4-gallon tokuri to use for pouring out the chili and storing leftover sake, but I ended up drinking the whole bottle because it was so easy to warm up sake...a little like a period drama, don't you think? With a little ingenuity, it feels like an izakaya. I hope you enjoy drinking at home.
