Autumn is here? It's not just the horses. It's autumn. So? I came to the usual ramen shop. (The night after the gout blood draw lol) I spent a lot of money on the first payday of the month, so it's been a little while since I've been here on Monday. I've been away for a while on Monday, but the chicken wings are still delicious! I've been tweeting in the same place for a while now (more talking to myself, but never blabbering lol)...after all, it's so much easier.... The second sake of the day: Kurogyu Junmai Aki-agari It's a very heavy sake. It has the sweetness of rice, but the astringency of koji and a hint of acidity make it feel "spicy". Although it is not described as "dry," it is made in Wakayama and Shikoku, so the degree of fermentation must be different. For Tsumami, I asked for Tebasaki (chicken wings)...the second one today. It seems to be on the back menu (they only have enough to take away from the preparation), and I had been wanting to try it whenever I saw it. After eating chicken wings, drinking sake, and being offered black beef...I had no choice but to have a drink. Now that I've had the standard snacks...maybe it's time for some noodles for the end of the meal 😁.
