Today, I was looking for my friend's daughter, Ahno-girl, who works at my restaurant.
I was a bit too enthusiastic to get drunk, so I came here to have a meal.
If I went to my usual ramen shop, I would end up staying there until morning.
I'm supposed to keep my meals and Japan light, but I'm the only one who drinks too much.
I need to find someone to drink with.

It has a strong taste, but it is refreshing to drink.
The "unfiltered" part may be a bit mellow for an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, perhaps because it has been open for a little while.
Perhaps that is why it tastes softer.
Cod sprouts, butterbur sprouts, pukusa (ascetic's garlic), etc... It's a little weak with wild vegetable tempura and sashimi.
As expected on a Friday. It was crowded.
Since we only eat here...I'm already full and my hands are full with one more meal. I guess I'll have to put my wallet away.
