Today, I was looking for my friend's daughter, Ahno-girl, who works at my restaurant. I was a bit too enthusiastic to get drunk, so I came here to have a meal. The "unfiltered" part may be a bit mellow for an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, perhaps because it has been open for a little while. Perhaps that is why it tastes softer.
