I thought it would be a good idea to buy it once in a while to reward myself for working hard every day! I bought it.
I was afraid to open the bottle with a towel because I skipped the lid when I was drinking Densho-Kiku. I was able to open the bottle without any problem while releasing the pressure.
Yum! It is as if you have bitten into a thick fruit, and the overflowing sweetness spreads out. But it is not only sweet, it also has a refreshing sourness and a subtle bitterness that is exquisite. It made my everyday evening drink a very luxurious experience.

I was a bit too enthusiastic to get drunk, so I came here to have a meal.

It has a strong taste, but it is refreshing to drink.
The "unfiltered" part may be a bit mellow for an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, perhaps because it has been open for a little while.
Perhaps that is why it tastes softer.
Cod sprouts, butterbur sprouts, pukusa (ascetic's garlic), etc... It's a little weak with wild vegetable tempura and sashimi.
As expected on a Friday. It was crowded.
