只野 呑兵衛
The gloomy month of May is over and the quiet month of June has begun.
Mondays, on the other hand, are somewhat depressing.
Although we now have more people and more hands to help, I'm feeling more and more bored, and I'm also feeling a seasonal sense of a window.
I ate too much for lunch, but when I went to have a European snack to change my mind and go home today... the restaurant was closed.
So I decided to go to my favorite place to eat sashimi, drink, and eat... but the boss was drinking alone.
I don't want to intrude, but now I'm in a bind.
To eat and drink lightly, I thought... yes, oden! So we went to this restaurant.
I think this is the first time to come here in this season.
Hitakami Summer Junmai Ginjo.
I think that the best way to enjoy oden is to drink junmai hiya or warmed sake! But when I asked for a cold sake, the warming girl recommended this one.
I was surprised to find that the flavor and riceiness of the hikakimi was preserved, while the crispness of the ginjo remained just the right amount....
Chilled oden with celery and yam.
A moderate cup of beef stew!
What should we drink next?
