I wandered over to the company's favorite restaurant, which has moved to a new location.
The drinks and snacks used to be moderate, but since it moved, the rent has gone up and the prices are now as good as they used to be.

Kameizumi
Kochi Prefecture's sake
I ordered this sake because it is dry (little sweetness from the rice) and light (strong umami, no sticky residue), which is the image of Kochi Prefecture.
The original Kameizumi Junmai was...I was too drunk to remember...but it was good.
It's a little white wine (not self-deprecating).
It's astringent, fruity, and umami.
